Caleb gave a fast and competitive estimate. He followed up with a phone call, provided a contract, service timeline and insurance documents. The crew led by John were polite, respected my property, did a professional job and a thorough cleanup. John took pictures of problem areas on the roof and fully explained the process of their repair plan to secure the structure before the barriers and shingles. Finished product receives 10 stars. I highly recommend Tri-State Roofing for your needs. Highly professional. Thanks guys!

I sadly did not have a very good experience with Tri-State. I contacted them several months ago about doing some roof work on my house which they were very prompt in sending someone out to take a look at. I wanted a quote but just wanted these projects done and wasn’t too worried about price as long as it was fair (I was NOT price shopping). A month went by with no quote, so I called the guy that was supposed to get me one and he said he’d be out in a day or two and refresh his memory on the job. I saw him another time at a local restaurant, and he again made an empty promise of getting me a quote. After that I didn’t hear from him again. Several months go by and after giving up hope I get a call from Tri-State saying they were following up with some calls that their previous quote guy had failed to get quotes with and that he had been let go. I thought we were finally going to get this done! The new guy came out and looked at the project said yeah, they could do it no problem and he would have a quote by the end of the week. Well… once again 2 or 3 weeks go by, and I’ve heard nothing. We do some more back and forth and finally he gets me a quote that was in my and others’ opinions OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Again, I was not price shopping but felt a little insulted with the price especially after dragging the project out for so long. I was told these guys were quick and did great work which is why I picked them. Sadly, I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t communicate and takes so long to solve problems.

They replaced my main roof, and front and back porch roofs. I was not just sold a roof, I was first educated about the materials, and process so I could see what I was purchasing. I appreciated that. I got a good product at a fair price with a fantastic warranty. They got me scheduled quickly, took only a day and a half to complete, crew did a good job cleaning up and made sure there were no screws/nails left. Located right here in Erie, Pa. I like to support local businesses.

Tri-State Roofing just finished my roof, i had my house, a huge garage and a small party place roof done. Caleb came to my house, explained everything, gave me a quote and i gave the go ahead. These roofs came out beautifully! The crew was amazing, everything was cleaned up and they were quick. The house and most of the garage was done in 1 day, and the rest took just a few hours the following day. I cannot say enough about them, i would definitely use them again!

We had hail damage from a rare hailstorm and many people in Corry were using Tri-State. They were very pleasant and helped us through the process. We had never filed a claim before. We were very impressed and would recommend them to others!
