It was a pleasure working with PQR! Fidel was quick to get out and get me an estimate after the ice storm we had. It took them only a week or two for to be able to work on my house, which with all the other damage people had and how busy they were was awesome! I am very happy with their work and will use them again if I ever need any roofing work done!

We had a leak, but our roof was old and we thought it might need replacing. We worked with Fidel, who gave us a quote on repairing the leak, plus some options to replace the whole roof. Our house is pretty tall with multiple dormers, so we’d been putting off getting a new roof figuring it would cost a fortune. When we got the quote for replacement, we were surprised that it was much less than anticipated. What a relief. So we went the replacement route. They got everything done in four days, right in time before a major ice storm we had. Whew! Throughout, everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. Man, they worked hard up there. And afterwards, they got everything cleaned up so we didn’t have any debris around. Overall, we were very impressed. They also sent drone pics of the roof afterwards. That was neat. And the owner is also a fan of our favorite football team. What’s not to like?!

They did fantastic work quickly! I called with a roof leak, they came out same day and fixed it. They were professional, kind and do quality work for affordable prices. They also took the extra time to take photos and explain them to me so I could understand the problems.

Professional Quality Roofing was one of the most professional companies I have hired. From the owner to each member of their workforce everyone was on time, considerate of my home/garden, cleaning at the end of each day. Jermane interfaced with me and his team flawlessly keeping in touch with me through out the installation of my new beautiful roof. Last week the PQR team patched a hole in the roof at our mfg plant. Fidel was understanding of our needs and time schedule and promptly had one of his teams come out to tackle our project. Phil and Luis were both professionals from the moment they turned the key off and immediately got to work and had us patched up in no time. If you have an issue with your roof in any capacity, Fidel at PQR would be my first contact. It is my honest opinion that you cannot go wrong with using PQR for your roofing needs.
