I wish we had taken a before and after photo of our roof! Mark did an excellent job cleaning our roof; it looks like we replaced it instead of just cleaning it. They were timely, affordable, and conscientious in their work and cleanup. We will be using them for yearly maintenance going forward and we highly recommend them.

Mark was responsive when I first called him for a quote. I appreciated that he came when he said he would for both the quote and the cleaning. The roof looks much better now. A few days afterward, the gutters were not draining properly even though they were draining while he was cleaning the roof. I called him, and he came out the next day. He got the gutters draining again in after a few minutes.

I prefer to support local small businesses. After buying a home I needed the roof cleaned and Mark did a great job. I recommend this service. They kept checking back with me and after making an appointment, they arrived on time.

I’ve used this company and Mark Sanders for several years to clean my roof and protect it from moss and am always pleased with the job. But I also appreciate his knowledge and advice when it comes to the status of the roof, the gutters and vents. And he always cleans up. He’s been in the business for a long time. Highly recommend.

Thirty-five year veteran Mark Sanders of First Aid Roof Care in Aumsville/South Salem removed the moss from the composition roof of my 5,400 square-foot house today and repaired some sagging gutters. What a difference!!! I would recommend Mark highly for all moss removal needs. He uses a patented shampooing apparatus invented in Maryland. The shampoo prevents moss growth for one year. There are only 250 shampooing machines like this in the world!!!

Mark has many years of experience and is very professional. When he came to provide a free estimate, he climbed on the roof to accurately inspect what was needed. He provided cleaning and a few small repairs on vents. I highly recommend his services and would have him return in the future.
