My condo unit enlisted Moss Solutions to pressure wash and seal our patios. Moss Solutions provided a quote that was far less expensive than the quotes our HOA provided, and they got the work done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Moss Solutions for pressure washing and sealing patios. They did a fantastic job on our 11-unit condo complex. They were friendly, on time, reliable, and a joy to work with. I would absolutely love to hire Moss Solutions again. Moss Solutions was very professional and responsive from the start. They provided a clear and concise quote, and they were able to schedule the work around our busy schedule. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and thorough, and they did a great job of cleaning and sealing our patios. We are extremely happy with the results of the work that Moss Solutions did. We had these folks out to pressure wash our patio and driveway at the beginning of the summer, and they did a great job so we had them clean our roof, add moss retardant, and clean our overflowing gutters today. I really like them because they are very responsive when giving a quote or scheduling, and share accurate information. Additionally, our new doors came in early and we were not able to paint them before Moss Solutions came, and they hand cleaned the doors to keep the primer from being damaged. I would highly recommend Moss Solutions for all your pressure washing and roof cleaning needs. We will definitely continue using them in the future.

They did a good job but the person that they sent to do the work couldn’t speak any English so if I wanted to communicate with him, he had to get his supervisor on the phone to translate. Fortunately I only needed to talk to him at the end.
