This company exceeded every expectation I had. After calling SEVERAL roofing companies and never getting calls back from them, I called M&M Roofing for my roof leak. They picked up right away and got me on the schedule the NEXT day. I couldn’t believe it! They showed me photos of what was broken that was causing our leak and explained the diagnosis. They explained what they could do to fix it and got started right away. You saved my attic and my home from any more water damage. They were friendly and good people. 👍

Had roofing replaced and it is better than ever! Our shed now has proper ventilation and we are already feeling a difference with the roof insulation. We talked 8 different companies, these guys were the most responsive, affordable and had the best availability. They didn’t try to over estimate the pandemic prices of plywood or any of the shenanigans that other roofers were attempting. Only replaced the materials that needed it instead of tearing everything out which we appreciate because cost matters. This team was on time, good communication, professional, efficient and great quality! Such a relief to know our stuff is taken care of properly. We will definitely use them again for other projects.

We had M & M Prime roofing come out to give us a report on our roof and to check out the moss growth situation since we are going through the refinance process. They gave us a thorough report by the next day. I asked for a quote for getting the work done and they had one for me right away. The price they quoted was very fair (we checked other companies as well) and they were able to come and do the work the next day. The workers were friendly and I was kept updated by their office admin when they left for lunch and when the work was completed. They even added the gutter cleaning and the moss removal for our garage. They sent pictures of the before and after along with the completed report and I can say we are very pleased and would definitely use them again in the future!

We recently had duralast membrane installed on our flat roof. We were extremely happy with the customer service and professional job by M&M Prime Roofing in Cornelius They really understand customer service. Their workers were first rate and left the job site clean. Highly recommend

This is a review of M&M Prime Roofing, Inc. We called M&M asking for help on our roof, explaining that we had another roofer do our roof 20 years ago, but had failed to use flashing to protect thes siding and window below. Both were dry rot with mold. Maria Gorgonio and her crew promptly came to my house, reviewed the situation, and came up with a solution. They arrived today and tore off the shingles, examined the boards underneath, cut two inches up the siding and found rot and mold on about two feet of the roof. This section was cut from the main section of roof, leaving a structurally sound roof and siding. The crew accomplished this within a few hours of today, doing reshuffle , new protection over the roof with step flashing and close inspection of all the structure. Maria was very good to deal with, listening to our problem, and responding with ways to fix it. The crew left everything in the yard tidy and were respectful of our property. We are very pleased with the service and the people who make it happen. We highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. Thank you, Maria for your prompt action. Paul Simon

This company was very professional and the job was done faster than expected. Cleaned up the area and responded to concerns and fixed issues right away. Kept in good contact with any concerns from owner. very very happy with work.
