Raindrop roofing was recommended to us by our realtor. We liked them so much we had 2 homes done with them. They were reasonable in cost, honest, prompt on starting work on the job site, professional, kept job site cleaned up and top notch customer service with booking and paying. Would highly recommend Raindrop roofing to anyone and will use them again. Definitely a 10/10.

My initial contact with Raindrop Roofing was Lee Esmond. Suffice it to say that it was a pleasure working with Lee. He was professional, he was personable, and he was always available to answer my questions. And all things considered his quote was the most attractive. His crew were also a pleasure. I several times ventured up on the roof while they were working either to answer a question or to just to see what was transpiring and they were always willing to answer my questions or point out concerns. They did an excellent job and when the job was done the cleanup was spot on. I will certainly recommend Raindrop to anyone who needs a new roof.

Raindrop just completed reroofing our house and was great to work with! Sean was the only estimator who had a clear idea of how to ventilate the side attics in our 1 1/2 story home which got Raindrop the job. It was a complex job due to the age of the home, steep pitch, and multiple gables. Rafael and his crew did an excellent job. There were some challenges around a skylight, but Sean and the others stuck with it until it came out right. Now, several neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

Raindrop Roofing just finished replacing our roof. There was excellent communication and responses to questions from beginning to end. Potential challenges were anticipated. The work was completed on schedule and on budget. When we requested screens over the vents (to ensure no cat decided to explore . . .) it was finished as well. Sean was excellent to work with and we are so excited to no longer have rain in our hallway!

My roof is original with my house. I’ve had Raindrop out twice in the 20+ years I’ve owned the house, for cleaning, inspections, minor repairs and gutter clearing. In January when they came to clean it I asked them how long they would give the roof before I needed to replace it. They said about two years. A few weeks later, a neighbor had a different roofer out to look at cleaning and possibly replacing their roof. They asked if they could look at mine and I told them yes. When they came back they said it was urgent that I do the work now and gave me a bid. Their “inspection” was done with drone photos (which was very cool but also they didn’t get up on the roof). I contacted Raindrop to tell them about the disparate perspectives They offered to come back at no charge and Sean came back on the roof to do a closer inspection and see if all repairs were in good shape. After this was done they told me they feel confident that I have 2 years left in the house, which is great news since I will be able to save up for it and do a few other household projects that I was planning on before replacing the roof. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that the roof needed replacing right away but they stood by their word. I’d also like to add that bringing them out a couple of times over the years to tighten things up on the roof extended the roof life by several years. I can highly recommend Raindrop for their quality and integrity.

I recently had Raindrop Roofing work on a really tough roofing job at my place, and I have to say, they were amazing. They went way above and beyond what I expected. There were some tricky parts to the job, but they handled it like pros and really lived up to their warranty. They didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was done right and up to code. What really stood out to me was how friendly and professional everyone on their team was. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy with the work. Raindrop Roofing NW has done four houses for our family, all professionally completed from quote to install and cleanup. They helped with identifying issues with venting and ways to correct and or upgrade the venting systems. Used good quality materials were on time and the workers were friendly and courteous.
