Sean at clear vision did a wonderful job. Clear Visions team of Carlos, Jose, and Jesus were the shining stars of the installation. They are truly the best of the best. No corners cut, no costly increases needed. They were here at the time promised, and worked late every day. Ask for them.

I just want to go out of my way to say how thankful I am with Lee’s assessment and follow-up. He stayed as long as was needed to fully troubleshoot our issues and honestly determined we do not need our roof replaced. I think we have a path to getting our issues resolved with his help and due diligence. He was kind, patient, and very helpful, in addition to seemingly have an expert eye for what is needed. I can’t thank him enough. Integrity matters! You have a great employee there. I am truly grateful I picked you guys to help us.

Clear Vision did an wonderful job reroofing our house. Their bid was thousands less than another company we were considering. Before the job started, Lee and Gerry did a great job communicating with us, like explaining why some new vents needed to be added to our house and detailing the schedule of the reroof. They completed job in 2 days. A few days after the reroof was competed, they sent over an inspector to ensure that the job was done property. I highly recommend this company.

I had a few roofing come out to access my roof. I got mixed assess. I happen to mention to my skylight company and the owner told me to contact Lee Nielsen at Clear Vision and said “he’s a straight shooter.” Lee came out to look and said that I do not need a new roof and don’t let anyone tell me I do. He said this because of the quality of my roof. He could have easily said I need a new one, but he was honest and forthright and saved me probably $30,000!! He assessed the problem as my chimney and gave me a few referrals. All this was after the awful ice storm we had. I contacted the chimney company who came out to replace the mortar. I haven’t had any problem since. I highly recommend this company. Clear Vision was quick to schedule me and gave me several referrals for moss removal. It’s great to deal with such an honest company.

My experience of working with Clear Vision Construction has been seamless. Every single person I communicated with was straightforward, pleasant and genuinely interested in providing the best service. I have very rarely encountered this with contractors I’ve hired. The receptionist, Alyssa, called me after my email query. She was simply delightful and was able to answer my initial questions. Derek, who visited my home for the initial quote and subsequent contract and payments, knows the details of the business, the products and processes. He carefully listens and was able to answer all my questions. He is very personable. The quote for my house and garage tear-off/re-roof was very competitive with the other quotes I obtained. I decided to go with Clear Vision Construction because of their excellent reviews, perfect BBB score, acceptable quote and how they treated me. Everything unfolded exactly as Derek described. Gerry, the scheduler and coordinator, was in constant contact with me to update me on the schedule, the unfortunate findings under the old roof (replete with scary photos), updated costs of repairs and the final inspection. Roofers Fernando and Eli are efficient, hardworking young men with a good sense of humor. The roofs are sturdy again and gorgeous. And they did a fine job cleaning up. I appreciate the care they took to protect my shrubs and budding spring flowers. Owner José made several appearances delivering product and made sure my questions were answered. After completion, Joseph came to inspect the roofs. He was polite and thorough. He tidied up some areas of trim that needed attention. This is long over due but I wanted to wait till we got through winter. Last year(2023) we had our roof replaced it needed it badly. I contacted 8 different roofers and only 6 responded. ClearVision came out and inspected things including the attic. Explained what they were gonna do and how and provided a very informative packet of information. With a job like this it important to go for quality not just who’s the cheapest. You get what you pay for. While they were not the cheapest they stayed in contact answered any of the questions I had. We also had them do the gutters and the new K6 gutters are fantastic. They explained the work order step by step so it was clear. One of the things that sold us on ClearVision was that we didn’t have to have a dumpster parked in our driveway for a week that others required. They did a fabulous job, resolved problems we didn’t know had and pointed out things that might be a problem that were unrelated to roofing but could affect it. They were very nice to work with. They really know their stuff and I will highly recommend them. With every job like this there are issues or questions at the end. These were resolved without any Drama, quickly and to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a good roofer these guys should be on your short list! With all the bad weather we have had the roof looks as good now and it did in October and the ridge vents are so much better then the 10, yes, 10 roof vents one roofer wanted to use. I have noting but praise for the work ClearVision did on our house.
