Great work from the Roughneck Roofing team. From the estimate, working with Luke, having the material dropped off, through the installation, with Reno onsite, there were no surprises. Appreciated having Stephen stop by as well to ensure everything was ready for the install. The best compliment for Roughneck came from my neighbor, after the roof was replaced and the crew was finishing – he complimented how hard the crew worked and how well they cleaned up. The roof and gutters look amazing, the crew did a great job!

Worked great with our insurance company — then the same day as the meeting with and approval of insurance company Roughneck ordered and had the shingles delivered – the next morning roof work started and completed in 1 1/2 days. The meeting with the insurance company was on Monday and Monday evening the new shingles delivered and by Tuesday about noon a new roof.

Services: Roof Replacement Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Contacted Stephen with Roughneck Roofing LLC, to get an estimate on replacing the roof on our daughter’s mobile home. He went the same day and put together an estimate, called me to let us know what he had found and then sent us a proposal the next morning. Once he was given the go ahead, he got the product together and they replaced the roof on April 12th. As you can see in the photos it turned out beautiful. We highly recommend Stephen and Roughneck Roofing LLC if you are needing any roof repairs done. Stephen is very professional and will keep you updated throughout the process.
