UPDATE 2: We were able to connect with Sylvia and Derrick and come to the conclusion that some miscommunication happened, and misunderstandings were had. My exchanges with both Derrick and Sylvia have been nothing but pleasant, and they were both more than willing to do whatever it takes to make the situation right. They are solid people to work with, and understand what Customer Service means to the customer. Absolutely recommend. UPDATE: I am having to update my previous review due to the recent unprofessionalism I’ve experienced from their employee Clay. We had them replace the roof and guttering on our house from storm damage. They did mostly fine work, except for one of the guttering spouts – they lazily installed it, sitting on top of our flower bed. When we asked them to fix it, we were told every excuse in the books, and were told we’d have to pay to have it done right. Wildly unprofessional. If your company is going to choose to work with third party contractors, it is your responsibility to see the work through. ORIGINAL: Marcus with 1st Priority has been an excellent person to work with, they do it right and still understand what customer service is all about.

The Father’s Day storm damage 2023 in Tulsa unfortunately caused us to need a new roof and gutters. We looked around and got quotes from different roofing companies to work with our insurance. We chose 1st Priority because of their outstanding customer service. The entire process from start to finish we worked with Noah and his communication kept us informed and helped us every step of the way making it an extremely smooth and stress free process. Our insurance was only going to pay for a partial roof and Noah did research, advocated, and fought for our insurance to replace and cover the entire roof! We are more than happy with our new roof and gutters and highly recommended everyone checking out this company and trusting them with all of your roofing needs.

Can’t speak to quality of their work, because I will NEVER hire them. They employ sassy phone solicitors to do cold calls. One pushed an inspection. I told him that my roof is fine and that they shouldn’t call again. The jerk said, “Oh, really, have you been up there yourself to look?” Whereupon I got to say, “No, but a roofer inspected it for insurance purposes just weeks ago.” You’d think he would’ve been shamed, but far from it. His smart mouth was still going when I hung up. So cocky that if he’d been at my home in person it would’ve ended rather badly for him I’m afraid.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jordan Anthony on my friend’s roof replacement. He made us first priority (just realized this is the name of his company) on a day we had other issues that could possibly impact the job. He made us feel good knowing he was in our corner and helped us resolve our issue quickly.

The company is a pleasure to work with. They came to our house after a heavy hail storm and they made life easy for us in getting all the repairs we needed. They are professional and efficient and kept us well informed of everything that was happening. The end product was excellent and we would always use them.
