Lawrence came out alot sooner than we expected, as we know all the trades are busy. I mean he called me a day after I left an email and since we live in Strongsville he came out the same day😃 His 2 gentleman crew came out and replaced some siding where our deck used to be as well as several other spots around the back and side of our house. The new siding was a pretty close match to our 28 year old siding. However, the crew used some of the old stuff on some spots needing a piece or 2 and kept all the new stuff for below our family room windows making everything uniform. Could not have asked for a more caring tandem. They said they do the work as it was their own house. Excellent performance!

I was extremely satisfied with Price Rite Roofing. I had a shingle repair issue and I called Price Rite and Lawrence came right out to the house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. That was fantastic service!

I had an attic fan added to my home. The entire process was seamless. Lawrence came out to my house, inspected the roof and gave me a quick quote with a great price. Less than 2 weeks later he even installed the fan. If you are looking for a great company in Strongsville with quality & professional service look no further.

Lawrence couldn’t have been any better to work with! He and his team fixed framing and multiple studs on our house that were unexpectedly damaged from past water/bugs. He provided cost-effective, realistic solutions to our dilemma. He is kind, respectful, patient, timely, and extremely responsive. He came back to our house twice to address minor questions/concerns to ensure we were comfortable with the final product. Both my husband and I were extremely pleased with the service received. We are hoping to work with him on a few other projects around our home in the future.
