If I could give this company NO STARS I would the lady that answers the phone is unprofessional I had some one come out and quote a job that was incorrect so I called the company back to get a understanding the lady was VERY RUDE as if my business for the company was not wanted I would never suggest this company lady seem racist. When I contacted the company I heard some one in the background and the lady continued to put me on hold or mute as she was doing something else I was not given a paper quote only verbal and yes I was not quoted correctly they wanted me to buy the material in whole as this is what your quoter told me that’s the reason as to why I contacted the company directly and when doing so they lady informed me no you will on be charged on what we use so of course that changes what the quoter told me when he came out. The guy that came out was professional but the office was not understanding and the lady in fact told me first that I can take my business somewhere else and even after her saying that I continued wanting to do business but as she got very frustrated and unprofessional and kept pausing in the conversation I just said this company don’t want the business and yes I hung up. Quick as they respond to my review this could of been solved because it was a misunderstanding between the worker quoting the customer that’s it that’s all.

Make sure you have everything in”WRITING”that is going to be done. And ask ahead of time what your responsibilities are prior to the job be started. Missed the mark on small details. Installation crew was very good.
