I connected with a handful of companies in the process of getting my new roof and gutters. The people at the Captain made it an easy decision of who I would feel most comfortable choosing to work with. Joe was very thorough and honest as he walked me through the quote and the particulars of my house. Wyatt never failed to patiently answer my questions (I had about a million). Tim took the time to make sure I understood the process and came back as often as needed to make sure everything got done. Thank you all for making the experience so manageable!

We had gutters installed by The Captain. We had a great experience. Everything was explained in the quote and all questions were answered. Wyatt scheduled the work and is very knowledgeable about the installation and process. The crew, Joe, Mark, Alex and another gentleman were excellent. They were professional, explained everything and made sure that we were happy after the job was finished. The gutters look great. We will definitely use The Captain again in the future.

My home insurance company was giving me heat about my garage roof. Not “fix the roof” but “fix the roof or else”. I had a very short timetable. The Captain said “No problem!” They replaced the roof with time to spare. The work crew was polite and hard working. It has been an outstanding experience. When it’s time to do the house roof, I’m calling the Captain.

The Captain and his team are excellent. Our fence, garage, and deck were destroyed by the August 24 tornado that swept thru Cleveland. The Captain has rebuilt all 3 for us. Their communication and follow up is exemplary. The work is terrific.

I highly recommend The Captain for your roofing needs! I was in between a rock and a hard place when I called them. I had water coming in my attic and had to leave for a work trip the next day. I called Ben and he worked to get Tony out right away. Tony arrived early the next morning and gave me an assessment on what they could do. There is never a good time for needing a new roof but The Captain made it a simple process and affordable through financing! The roof was completed while I was away for work. The crew was professional, respectful, arrived on time, cleaned up after, and did a beautiful job! They even included free gutter guards! As a woman there is always a fear of being taken advantage of by contractors, but everyone I encountered from the Captain made me feel secure and knowledgeable about what was happening the whole time! Tim even fixed a soffit issue for me! Again, 5+ stars for The Captain!
