Did not install proper ventilation when he redid the roof and a lot of the wood decking is popping up and now there is a leak and shingles are deteriorating faster than normal. The owner seems friendly and provided info about stuff, but did not want to uphold repairs even during warranty and never showed up to even look at the damage. They are impossible to get a hold of and I would not recommend this place because I think they can only do very basic brainless roofs. Filed a complaint with Solon.

Richmond roofing did roof back in 2006. I bought home and found out that shingles were put on incorrectly and over bad wood. Also did not do proper ventilation, had wood over soffits, vents removed. I now have to completely have my roof replaced. Workmanship was awful and not sure how they are still in business. I will be calling attorney general. This company has no integrity at all. They keep removing bad reviews.

Been dealing with Ralph for years. He’s honest and does a great job. He won’t upsell you on things you don’t need. I run my own roof cleaning company and I know how difficult it is to find honest roofers. I recommend him to my customers!!!
