David was very patient with us as my wife and I looked at nearly all of the color combinations that Owens Corning and James Hardie had to offer. We always felt he listened was focused on delivering the project result we wanted. He came back several times with samples so that we could make our final decision. The project was executed really well, the crew did a great job. We love the way our home looks!

Great all around, John Rickenbacker had a great Presentation, The crew were very nice, They had my roof done In one day. The price was amazing, Compared to 2 other. Companies. David Pasqualone, Adrian, Nery and the rest of the crew were very pleasant to work with. David was very attentive and went above to get what was needed to complete the job. Nery is very good at his trade, he does great trim coil work! Excellent service, very professional, and pleased with the outcome. The whole process went smoothly. I had custom siding installed over the stucco part of my home. They also installed new soffit, trim, gutters and downspouts. David’s team did a great job! John R at J Riley Roofing deserves nothing less than praise for his outstanding service. I reached out to him for a roof inspection following hail storms and he was quick to address my concerns with expert care. John’s honesty was refreshing as he assessed that my roof didn’t need repairs, but did point out the cracked and rotted vent pipe boots that required attention. He provided me with valuable advice on what my roof truly needed without any pushy sales tactics. In addition to the roof tune-up, I also requested estimates for siding, gutters, and a complete roof replacement, as my current roof was nearing 20 years old. John promptly delivered a detailed estimate that was easy to understand. Although I ultimately opted not to replace the whole roof, John treated me like family throughout the entire process. The roof tune-up done by his team exceeded my expectations, making my roof and pipes look better than they have in years and greatly enhancing the appearance of my home. Furthermore, I was impressed by John’s consideration of my situation and his willingness to provide recommendations for other services, such as tree removal. If you value honesty, fair pricing, and exceptional workmanship, I highly recommend John and J Riley Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I reached out to this company months ago in regards to an issue with my roof that was put on in late 2021, when my roof was added, the gutter guards were ripped off, damaged and never replaced and I’ve been having issue with the gutters since the roof had been put on. . Someone came out and looked at it, said there was some issues and a few soft spots on it and they would get back with me and never did. I called back a few months later, they said they’d have to see what they could do and call me back. I never heard back. Then I called another time simply because I hadn’t heard anything. Still. And it had been a few weeks. The lady I talked to was rude. Said I’ve been told multiple times they couldn’t do anything. This company has terrible communication, they never return your phone calls or call you back as promised.

Amazing experience from start to finish! David was awesome to work with and he did everything we could have asked for when going back and forth with our insurance company. We were able to get a full roof replacement covered by insurance. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend J. Riley to anyone!! We absolutely love our new roof!! Thanks David!!!

Extremely happy with the job done on our house. It is exactly what we pictured when starting the process and it was done very quickly and professionally. We feel like we have a brand new house now! Good fast work, but communication with the project manager was not as expected. Over all they do good work and the owner stands behind his company.
