Durst took down the old roof on our sunroom and replaced it. with a better angle to shed water. They shingled our house and garage and put rubber roofing on our sunroom and shed. The whole job looks terrific and there are no more leaks anywhere. Very professional and I love the results. They stuck to the quoted price and were done in 3 days!

If you need a new roof this is the company to call! Two years ago they installed a new roof on my home and did such an amazing job that I am having them do it again for our new home. The gentleman who came to the house to give an estimate was knowledgeable and very kind. The team that installed our new roof was the same. It was a two day job. Day one they removed the old roof then cleaned up the work site before finishing for the day. Day two they installed the roof again cleaning up before leaving. They did such an amazing job cleaning up that I didn’t have any worries about stepping on a nails or driving over any with my vehicle. The workers were also very respectful of our property / landscaping, and also were sure to keep up informed on where they were working so we could safely move in and out of the house. I highly recommend them!

The moment this company pulls out of your house- you are dead to them. The sales guy Chris is excellent.. The man spoke so highly of Durst and their quality of work it was a no brainer to go with them.. Boy was I wrong. The owner doesn’t care and is the most unresponsive business owner I’ve ever seen. It amazing he won’t resolve the situation that they’ve left my house. I was supposed to get my roof and fascia and bird boxes/ eyebrows rebuilt and re wrapped on the house. Roofers didn’t coordinate with the fascia guy about how to make this work with that,, etc.. I know how it goes, I’m in construction. Problem is that the fascia could have been done better by my 3 year old. It was the worst display of craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. The siding guy lied to my face that he rebuilt the eyebrows and totally rewrapped and sealed everything in new metal.. I got up there that night- he did not. I have attached photos. I told durst, the work was unacceptable, that their employee lied to my face- they agreed to have it redone. This was 2 months ago. I have called them many times leaving voicemails. I have called and spoke to the front desk several times and they have relayed the message to the owner to call me, he won’t. They have given me zero direction on how they plan to resolve this. They never reattached my gutter guards- now there is many oak and maple trees clogging the gutters. The message was relayed to me through the sales guy that someone would be coming out about a month ago to reattach them. I’ve called trying to follow up on that many times.. they won’t send anyone. I’ve left out so many details that make the situation so much worse- but just for some power points of what to expect, I tried to keep it brief. Good luck out there- if I could go back and go anywhere else- I would.

I had a new roof installed a few years ago which included the installation of a chimney cap. During the early spring, the chimney cap came came off as it was only held on by 3 concrete nails. After numerous attempts to have it put back in place correctly by Durst, I ended up installing it with the help of neighbors. The installation of the roof was excellent, but the follow-up was not so great.

I was interested in siding my house a few years ago. Guy who measured had the nerve to ask why I didn’t want the front façade of my house sided – which is none of his business. Second guy who came out ( first guy didn’t measure correctly?) balked at the fact that I wouldn’t remove my landscaping prior to any install. Third guy didn’t even bother to give me a quote because I wasn’t interested in their tiny palette of colors. What a waste of everyone’s time.

I got Durst five roofs on one Street in Adams Township Pennsylvania and he promised $150 per lead and he has failed to do anything about those finders fees for the work I’ve done on my part. He’s not a man of his word.

Had our roof replaced along with gutters and new gutter guards installed almost 3 years ago . No problems until this year when we had an increased amount of whirlybirds along with no rain or wind which caused them to stay atop the gutter guards, they would not budge . They weren’t blocking the gutters but you could see them across our whole roof , I contacted Kenny Sullinger , our sales representative and he came out the next day and blew the whirlybirds out of the gutters . I know he didn’t have to do that because it had been 3 years since we had made the purchase but he helped us anyway . This is an amazing company , very reasonable and very professional please call them if you need any type of service they provide , you won’t be sorry . Our roof and gutters still look brand new and with the weather in northeastern Ohio that’s quite a task .
