I was very disappointed with Bob. He seemed enthusiastic to help me and the estimate was reasonable but then he never showed up to do the job. He gave me an initial date and didn’t show and then gave me another date and was also a no-show. I’m not sure why he didn’t show but I wish if he had changed his mind, he would have just told me. I would have at least had respect for him then as a contractor!

It is a shame that I had a poor experience with R. Tagg. since they have gotten great reviews and I was personally recommended to use them. At first, he was responsive, and polite. We talked over the phone on a Thursday and he scheduled an appointment to come do a quote on our roof the following Monday. He assured me that I didn’t even need to rush out of work to be there right on time. He then texted me around our scheduled appointment time saying that he got held up at another job and wanted to reschedule for the same time tomorrow. I was understanding and confirmed with him that would work perfectly. I texted him shortly after our scheduled appointment time to see if he would still be able to make it out, and he never responded. I tried reaching out online and calling once more but still no response. I consider myself a patient and understanding person. I would never post a poor review unless I feel strongly about it, which I do right now. Even if he did not want to take on the job, he could have communicated that to me and I would have respected it. I’m not only disappointed at the lack of professionalism in a contractor/customer transaction. I’m also disappointed at the lack of respect from one man to another.

Bob came out the next business day to take a look at my roof. He arrived on time and repaired the issue on the spot. I highly recommend contacting Bob for any of your roofing needs. Timely, honest, fair and good workmanship.
