My experience with American Roofing was very positive.. Anthony and his crew supervised by John, were very good. I needed much repair work throughout my entire house after an attic fire. I would definitely recommend this company.

Do to large hail damage we had to have our roof replaced in July of 2020. American foofing replaced our roof, first heavy rain we noticed our kitchen ceiling was leaking. I immediately called Tony at American roofing, he said he would send a crew out to fix the problem. This morning ( Labor day) I got up because of the thunder storm to find water pouring out of my light fixture above the kitchen sink. Now this will be the second time to get this situation addressed. So far I’m not to impressed with their craftsmanship so I don’t think I can give them any referrals.

Very bad business They did a roof next to my house got all kinds of roofing material in my pool and all over my deck that was only a few months old trampoline and alota stuff one of the supervisors came over and looked at it i talked to the owner he told me to get it cleaned up and he would take care of it been over a month he won’t return my calls or anything pretty sad the owner won’t hold up to his deal can’t trust a company like that I guess my next call is my attorney

I was looking for minor work and to compare quotes. I called them up and we set a time for someone to come out and take a look. I got a call from the guy saying he was on his way, he’d take a look, and then get back to me on his thoughts. That was the last time I heard from him. I called back a few days later to follow up (the women I spoke to when I called were great, very nice and come across as wanting to help you). I told them that the guy hadn’t gotten back to me and I wasn’t sure what was up. Still did not get a follow up even after this. Two weeks goes by, I finally decided to call back again. I said that the guy just hasn’t gotten back to me, that I called back a few weeks ago with the same request, and I would really like to hear what he has to say. The woman was very understanding and said she’d leave him a note. Once again, nothing. I don’t know what happened in the communication line or why this was such a difficult request to fulfill. I ended up getting what I needed from a different company.

American roofing did a great job , very accommodating and helpful. Was informed prior to the job who would be the site manager and the materials being installed. I now feel secure knowing my roof is made with a durable product.
