A large tree fell on the roof on my garage. After calling the tree service, they put me in contact with Dennis at Roof Fitters, LLC and told me Dennis would take care of me. Dennis came by, evaluated the work, then the tree company actually cleared debris from three trees perfectly within the day, and I started the claim with my home insurance, and Dennis talked me through the whole process. Once my claims adjuster came to evaluate the damage, Dennis was there too with a list of work that he knew had to be done and quotes in advance. Both Dennis and my adjuster agreed upon the work that had to be done and Dennis’s draft numbers ensured nothing was missed. Once my adjuster got through the paperwork, the checks started coming, so I could pay Roof Fitters and get work started. Things started rolling along nicely! Then, as they were trying to match my shingles, they realized nothing could match given the age of the shingles, so they would have to replace the entire roof of my whole house! They appealed to the adjuster for me and they agreed. BTW, I did nothing but write and cash checks. Dennis managed all the steps, booking of contractors, and negotiating and talking with contractors, coming back and checking on their work. There was nothing else they needed from me except pick the color of my roof! Not being well-versed in situations like this trying to manage on my own, Dennis, understanding the insurance process, explained everything to me and made sure I got everything. Didn’t think in my wildest dreams I’d get a new roof out of it, but I did. For me life went on, and Dennis was the one doing all the worrying and managing all the details for me. Never had a better experience. If I could give them a higher score I would. Thank you so much!!

Even though this company is fairly new, the owner, Dennis, has been in the industry for several years. I am so impressed with the owner and his employees! We worked with my insurance company after a tornado damaged my home on April 1, 2023. He was so patient when it came to working through the issues with the insurance company, and even offered advice on how to proceed. When his employees were at the house, they worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. I am so happy with both new roofs, the new gutters, the new gutter guards, the tree/stump removal, and the new patio. I made sure to share his contact information with my friends and family. I plan on using him for more household updates and repairs in the coming years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Roof fitters LLC was a great company to work with a tree fell on my garage. The emergency service was fast and the cleanup was great after. The non emergency repairs after didn’t come at an urgency, but once they were finished it met my expectations. I will return to Roof Fitters for any emergency tree removal in the future. We worked primarily with Dennis, who was a thorough professional. I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dennis answered all of them and helped me feel like we were in good hands. We’ve had no problems since installation. But if something comes up, I feel confident that any issues will be addressed

We had severe roof damage after a storm Dennis came out and examined it thoroughly set down with me and my husband explained the type of damage done too our roof spoke with the insurance adjusters for us set an appointment to do the work in a timely manner. I was really impressed with his crew they covered all the flowers around our home even removed the skylight in our den to do the roof out everything back as it was just they hadn’t even been too our home started that morning at 7am was completely finished by 3:30 that afternoon. My neighbors were so impressed with their work wanted too know the name of the company too contact them for their home. I would refer them too anyone who needs a roof or repair outstanding servi truly satisfied customers. Good job
