I recently had the pleasure of working with Columbus Roofing Co. to replace the roof on my home and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, their customer service is fantastic! Jesse Hunt, in particular, was instrumental in making the claims submission and roof replacement process seamless. He guided me through every step, ensuring I had all the necessary information for my claim as well as a clear understanding of what to expect regarding the replacement process. His attention to detail and dedication to helping customers truly stood out and made me comfortable with the process. The exceptional communication from the entire team at Columbus Roofing Co. was another highlight. Throughout the project, I was consistently updated on the status of the job. Their operational team provided clear guidance on what to expect, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in their work. On installation day, the crew arrived early, displaying professionalism and friendliness. They were meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to ensure that all debris was removed from the job site. This was particularly important to me as I have young kids who play in the yard, and I greatly appreciated their thorough cleanup. Overall, I highly recommend Columbus Roofing Co. for any roofing needs. My Columbus Roofing experience was excellent. Jaiden lead me through all of the process and I felt looked after at every step of the journey. Jaiden was a true and staunch advocate for me with the claims adjuster and the insurance company and made sure the claims were followed through to the very end with integrity. The crew were prompt, professional, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with my roof and my choice of roofing company.

We had a huge leak in our roof that we had been struggling to get insurance to pay for. Jesse came out same day and put a tarp on our roof that literally saved us from the huge storm brewing. They were out within a few days to discuss replacement and had a new roof within a few weeks. They helped us build a case for the insurance company and got it paid for 🙂 I highly recommend CRC!

Jaiden was incredibly responsive and got the job done for us I would recommend him and Columbus roofing company to anyone in need of a roof siding or windows. They fought the insurance for over 6 months to finally get them to cover the entire roof.

We had an issue with one of the rain gutters after the roof replacement. I called and a guy name “Gunnar” showed up the same day and took care of the problem right away. He was very helpful and respectful. We would do business with them again. Pleased with the results. Thanks again.

CRC was in the neighborhood following the recent storms. Salesman asked if I wanted a roof inspection. I told him that I wasn’t going to sign a commitment to do work that was “undefined”. CRC sent an inspector 2 days later; he inspected the roof. After that, no communication. I called the main number and asked for the results of the inspection. I was told someone would call me back right away while I was on the phone. There has been no communication since via email or phone. If I can’t trust CRC to return a phone call, I would not trust them with my roof.

Sales guy came to my door as they are working down the street. When I asked if they had a solicitation permit, he lied to my face and said yes. Our HoA noted that they did not, in fact, have one. When I called him out on it, he said, “Why are you so mad??” I kept an even tone the whole time. The guy tried to push about my roof. Will never call them based on this interaction alone. If you’re a door-to-door guy, if someone is obviously unhappy about you coming to their door….maybe just leave instead of engaging them in this manner.

We had a great experience with Columbus Roofing Company. Jaiden explained the insurance claim process to us thoroughly, and took pictures of the damage on the roof to help us with the claim process. He also met and worked with the adjuster personally to make sure everything is documented. The crew was able to complete the replacement job in one day, and there was no issue with their workmanship or the clean up process. During the replacement process, Tyler notified us of an issue with a rotten face board adjacent to the roof, and suggested for us to get it fixed. The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

Overall, I had a great experience and I’m very happy in my choice of going with Jaiden at Columbus Roofing. I worked with Jaiden through the entire process of getting my roof done with Columbus Roofing and it went fantastic. My new roof looks great, insurance covered the majority of the cost, and he made the process extremely easy for me. Jaiden did the initial inspection when he was already in the area looking at my neighbors home. After noticing signs of hail damage, he talked to me about my options and proceeded to advise me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim. He made sure to be here when the insurance inspector came and worked with them to make sure all of the damage was pointed out included in their notes. Jaiden proceeded to handle all of the on going interactions with insurance, and worked to get them to cover not only the majority of the replacement cost but also the cost to the longer lasting product. After the roof was installed Jaiden came by to answer any questions I had on next steps, and made sure the yard and driveway were all free of debris.
