Mario Ionno Construction a year agoAfter losing our home to a fire In April of 2020, we contacted Mario Ionno. We asked if he could come look at our property and the remains of the house and help us figure out where to begin rebuilding. He and Giovanni came without hesitation and very quickly. From that moment we knew we wanted to use them for our next home. Building with Mario and Giovanni was an easy process. Communication is key to a successful partnership, and with the Ionno’s we always felt there was an open line. Their quality of work is impeccable. From the start of the quote, it was almost effortless for us. They have a great system in place to help navigate you through the whole build that is very detailed and easy to understand. One of the benefits of using Mario Ionno construction is each build is customized to the homeowners needs and wants. We were always welcomed to see the progress, and the employees and sub-contractors were very accommodating with questions or concerns we had. Would we build with Mario again? 100% without question. Garrett & Sons Construction LLC a month agoThis was a horrible decision by for to hire Garrett & Sons Construction as a contractor. Over sold himself on delivery times of completion. Saying he could perform certain trades that I don’t think he’s even licensed for. Never answered his phone to communicate on when he would show up or would say he would be there on a day and time and would be a no show no call. His payment process is a scam because he wants you to pay more on materials and completion of work that’s not even completed. Then he’s paid for projects of the job that he never completed. I could go on and on but it’s really not worth my time or money that he owes back for materials and work that was never completed.

Bruce Wilson Handyman 5 months agoHires people to do work for him and does not pay them their wages. He was hired to do work and subcontracted most of the work out without contract, and then didnt pay them, and the work he himself did was subpar. Then he claimed he went out of business. Well if he went out of business, then why is this google business page still up and running. he should pay his workers, and come back and finish the work he was paid to do already the right way.
