I was nervous to get a new roof because of how big of a decision it is, and because of the level of importance of a good roof, but I’m very happy that I ended up going with GMR. They were very flexible and patient with me. I have a relatively small house and they got the roof done extremely quick. The crew on the roof is obviously very skilled. My roof looks absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier. They have an amazing warranty for leaks and also for the actual metal roof itself (screws, flashing, color, etc). As a consumer who relies almost entirely on the honesty and help from a company, I couldn’t recommend GMR more and I’ll be passing them along to any of my friends in the area looking for a roof.

Hands down the best overall home improvement project we have every had in 25 years of home improvement projects. Josh set expectations properly from the beginning, delivered an ontime installation working around a tough weather schedule, and managed the project communication from start to finish. The installation crew was on time every day, were all very professional and friendly, and provided an excellent quality installation. Josh was professional, patient, helpful and above all else the most communicative out of all the folks I received estimates for my roof from. Josh was extremely patient, helped me find the best solution for our roof, personally oversaw that the job was being done right, and left us with a solid feeling that we had chosen the right man for the job in getting our roof done. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking someone competent to get their roof done. Josh was honest and helpful throughout the entire process! Went from having the worst roof on the street, to the very best! Thank you!

Our new roof was installed last week. The crew arrived as promised and finished the job in three days. They were courteous and seemed very professional. I asked a couple of questions, and they responded quickly and politely. The roof looks great, and they cleaned up everything when they left. It rained two days later and there was no sign of a leak. I have every reason to expect that the roof will last for 40 years. I will recommend them to my friends.

We had standing seam installed after our roof was totaled by wind damage. Overall we had a good experience with Garvin and the roof looks great. We even had 80mph wind gusts not long after installation and she held up like a champ. With the 40yr warranty this should be the last roof I ever buy (for this home). The team we worked with was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

We wanted a quality roof that would not require a lot of maintenance and looked correct for the age of our house. Therefore we chose a metal roof that looks like shingles. We love it and still get compliments on it after more than a year since it was installed. The crew who did it were professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. It’s not the cheapest but I believe it’s one of the best especially with their warranty. It will outlast me for sure.
