Never have I ever hit the 5 star button quicker. 1. Low pressure from the start. Never felt sales-y 2. Worked with me on what I wanted, not what they felt was best while also helping inform me all along the way 3. Responsive at every step 4. Worked with my insurance company extensively and explained what they were doing and asked for my permission before ever taking next steps 5. The work itself was extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and got my roof done in 1 day, minus 3 shingles on my garage face that were aesthetic only 6. On that garage note, they didn’t even ask if I wanted to match my garage to my roof, they just did it at no additional charge (Not gonna say they’ll do that for everyone but maybe if you’re really nice to them) I am recommending these guys to every person I meet who needs a roof.

Mike & Alex were thorough / fair / timely in providing advice for the 1953 ranch we recently purchased. As most people…I am often leery hiring a contractor as I do not want to be taken advantage of. Forest City was great and provide a solid repair at a good value. Highly recommend! ~ David

I was very impressed with the quick and prompt service I received from Alex regarding the leak inside my house. Within 25 minutes he was at my house to access the roof damage and was able to make temporary repairs, so there would not be any additional damage inside, before I could get the insurance inspector to come out to inspect the roof. Once they finished the roof they did an excellent job on cleaning up all of the debris. They take great pride on their workmanship. I’d recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Mike and Alex are experts in about how a roof is supposed to be installed. They finished our house in a day and were very thorough and professional, answering every question I had. New roof looks great and I would def recommend them to anyone needing help.

My home had damage from a wind & hail storm. Mike inspected my home & found damage on the roof, gutters, downspouts, shutters, door, & shed roof. Mike & Alex were at my home when the insurance adjuster did their inspection & they helped me understand how the claims process worked. Mike, Alex, & their crew did an amazing job replacing the damage. I am so happy with the results and grateful for their professionalism & attention to detail. The guys at Forest City exteriors did an amazing job on my new metal roof, vinyl siding, gutters, etc. They were excellent at writing up a quote for the insurance company after a tree fell on my house. They were professional, knowledgeable, responded quickly and explained all of my options to me. My house looks a thousand times better than before. I would definitely recommend them!!

We had siding blow off of our new house just 10 days after we closed on it. We called Mike and Alex to come take a look and help deal with our insurance. Our insurance gave us a world of issues trying to get it fixed. The guys did not give up on us, they fought so hard for us to get our claim resolved. After MONTHS of back and forth they finally approved our siding to be replaced on our entire house and the guys got the job done in only 1 week. We live in a 3 story house (not including the basement) so it is a very big job. They did amazing work! We are SO happy with how our new house looks. They even did an amazing job helping us pick the color we wanted and helped us get the best quality siding. We have gotten many compliments on our siding and have had a couple people reach out asking who did it so they could have theirs done by them as well. Our new siding has been up for about 3 months now and we have had absolutely no issues. We definitely recommend Forest City Exteriors! They are very helpful, very detailed and take pride in what they do.
