I was so impressed with my experience with HKC Roofing. I am purchasing a home with a slate roof and box gutters. Ed at HKC reviewed my inspection report, provided consultation over the phone, and then came out in person to review the roof and gutters. He was professional, explained technical concepts clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I knew what services I would be purchasing. I left the experience knowing that HKC is my go-to for all future roofing needs (and I already had a pretty good one but they’re OUT – HKC is IN!). Thank you HKC for taking care of my historic home! I am excited for the repairs to be completed by your team.

Parked directly in front of my vehicle blocking me in place and making me late for work. I do not at all appreciate Your complete lack of courtesy for others. I would really love if You would reimburse me for the money I had to spend on an uber.

After four years of watching rain drip through our roof into our living room, HKC found the source of the leak that two other roofing companies could not. Those companies kept caulking and the roof kept leaking, One of the HKC workers told me ” caulking is just a band aid.” Ed Stinson and Walt Weed organized the repairs and Walt came by almost daily to check on the progress. Everyone who worked here was professional, hard working and a gentleman. Thanks to HKC we removed the bucket from our living room. Thank you HKC

Waited over 7 days for tech visit. Then waited 3 more days due to rain. Tech came out on a Monday diagnose problem. Now it’s Saturday no estimate. I call on Tuesday was told by the same tech would have it on Thursday. I called Thursday left message, no call back. Due to lack of response and now professionalism would not recommend.

HKC exceeded all expectations in value, quality, communication, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and just all around pleasantness. THANK YOU Henry and your team for the amazing work for Mariemont Memorial Church, the gemstone of our Village and a National HIstoric Landmark. Check out the Vermont Semi-Weathering Green Slate, and the custom gutter work. Absolutely beautiful work!

Called asking for someone to give an estimate on some work, but they do not do repair work and do not know who does. Largely unhelpful for a company like this.

Great company. Always shows up when promised. Work is top notch. Jamie always responds quickly and makes sure our needs are met. We deal with numerous contractors and companies and this is absolutely one of the best in customer service and quality of work performed
