Adam, Brian and the entire Empire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Empire enough!! They worked hand in hand with our insurance company for our new roof and were incredibly educated in all possible claims that could be in our favor. Their pricing is up front, and although new roofs and gutters are a sticker shock, they thoroughly provided itemized invoices and competitive pricing compared to the three other companies I reached out to. Our project took just a handful of days, the crew showed up early and packed in as much work as there was day light. Both our yard and neighbors were fully cleaned up and there wasn’t a trace left behind that such a large project had taken place. We are so happy with our home and the quality Empire puts into their clients.

Very hardworking crew. Tried their best not to wreck the plantings allaround my house. Super pleased with the communication along the way- I like having things explained to me in a clear and concise manner. ( Thanks!, Brian).Hardly knew they were here, they cleaned up so well. Amazing experience with empire on our gutters. They not only fixed damages from an Amazon truck, but also some water flow issues that were leaving our porch soaking wet after every rainfall. They are so functional now, and so pretty looking too! Would recommend them for all roofing needs and will be using them for the rest of our gutters in the future.

Updated 2024 – I was credited forfor damages with a gutter clean out service difference. Update 5/23/2023: about a year later I am still waiting for them to reimburse me for two broken items I found in my garden from the roof installation. It’s been difficult to get this resolved. Used empire for two separate locations and pleased each time!! Very easy to work with, honest, and helpful. Roof and gutters look beautiful!!

Our Sales Rep Jonathan Chapa went over and above to help us with our insurance claim. His manager Jason Shattuck responded quickly to provide us pictures of the roof damage. As a result we received more $$$ from the insurance company that helped us cover the balance of the cost. The onsite people were great in communicating with us on what and when regarding the work and any changes. I can’t recommend Empire Contractors enough. Thank you so much

This is the 2nd time I have used Empire, they replaced all my siding in 2018 and now my roof in 2023. They do a great job, very responsive, the on site crew kept my property clean during and after the project/roof replacement.
