The roofing service we received was extraordinary! Bryce, Peyton, Edwin and their team skillfully installed a metal roof over our existing shingle one. The result is more than impressive! They all worked with dedication and our new roof was up quicker than we expected. We didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever. We are certainly looking forward to using their services again for our other property in Cincinnati!

You might spend slightly more, but the quality of service makes it worth every penny. They also provide a year-round discount for veterans. Bryce, another employee, assisted in loading the hefty 75-pound roofing materials into my vehicle. The service in Cincinnati was exceptional.

The team, including Peyton, Bryce, and Edwin, was professional and polite. The caliber of their roofing work is as excellent as they come. They did a thorough job tidying up my Cincinnati property when they were done. I would unreservedly recommend them for roofing and gutter installation services. The cost was competitive and I’m quite pleased with their work. Be ready for a bit of a wait during these pandemic times as it took about eight weeks from the quote to the actual installation day due to material shortages. However, as the saying goes, good things are worth waiting for. On top of that, the business owner gave me a courtesy call once the job was completed to ensure I was happy with the work and to address any potential concerns I might have had. I had no issues at all and received outstanding customer service!

the office team is fantastic and very supportive. bryce came over to examine my roof and even fixed a minor issue at no charge while we were preparing for the roof replacement. the team that carried out the roof replacement did an excellent job in cincinnati, and when they discovered additional damage, they repaired it without exceeding the anticipated cost. i am very happy with the entire roofing process from start to finish and my new roof looks outstanding!

edwin arrived with a reasonable quote, exuding confidence and calmness, which was very reassuring to us. his wife also kindly made virus masks, as did peyton. the roofing crew was impeccable in every aspect. bryce was professional and courteous. when they finished, the roof looked stunning and there was absolutely no trace of them ever being there. it was a job well done by the cincinnati team.
