Everything went super smooth for a wind damage claim. They told me Everything to do and came out to meet claims adjuster. As soon as the claim was approved, I had a brand new roof within like 7 days. It looks better than ever. We even liked all the colors to choose from. Roofers were great and took extra time to make everything perfect. They even came back for an hour the next day b/c it was getting dark. I have a pretty big roof.

I was recommended to this company by a close friend and let’s say the communication was good up until the few hours before our scheduled estimate. Justin Freeman decided it was best to tell me “your outside our service area” and I passed your name across to someone out by you? Very unprofessional! I own a buisness myself and would never treat a customer the way he did me. Now mind you I gave him my address Friday early afternoon and he knew where I was located and i even told him and he said not a issue at all so he waits all the way up until a hour and a half before our scheduled appointment to tell me he don’t service my area? Clown in my opinion I do not recommended him and I do alot of concrete work all over and if he treated me good I would have recommended him to so great clients. Hope you get some better customer service skills my man cause you done me dirty.
