We have used this company to have our attic converted into a master bedroom and to remodel our bathroom. Hal, Bob, and Cheyenne were all very polite and professional. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for home remodeling.

Avoid! Called and spoke to “Bob” who set an appointment to come out. Then cancelled before the appointment with a promise to reschedule and never called again.

I see that this business has positive customer service, but I will never hire them myself if I need housing repair, due to their lack of professional appearance for their vehicles (how can one expect high quality work from a company if they don’t take pride in their own vehicle appearance) and especially their lack of driving professionalism: This company vehicle blew through a red light and onto the lane that I was using on the way home from running errands, without using its turn signal/blinker on; if it wasn’t for my quick reaction would’ve been in an accident with me, and I would surely be blamed because of my young age (since everybody blames the younger generation for their problems).

Excellent communication by him which made the process stress free and seamless with our insurance agency. I had the pleasure of having work done on my house by Bob Thomas and his team back in May. I had siding torn off my house from the wind, and the rain did some interior damage to the ceiling on that side of the house. My insurance company was a bit of a pain about the claim, but everyone at Ohio Restorations helped through that and did an amazing job residing my entire house! I’ve had nothing but compliments since the job was finished. Would definitely recommend, they’re efficient and professional. Will reach out to them again the next time I need work done.

We were very impressed from beginning to end. We had a tree fall on our garage and part of our home, and not only did they show up and tarp our roof on a Friday evening, they came back Saturday to check to see how we were doing. That was impressive. Once our insurance company approved our claim, they had our home back to better than before. The roof, gutters, siding, inside drywall, paint…it was amazing, and all of it was done with such professionalism. can’t recommend them enough. Thanks to all of you (too many to name)!
