Greater Dayton Construction Group a month agoWe requested a quote for a remodel in our home. When the guy came out to look at our house. It was obvious that he wasn’t interested while he was here. He took no measurements. Didn’t inspect anything. Didn’t look at our electrical panel. Plumbing. Nothing! 3 weeks later we received a quote. Now, our house is 912 sq/ft. We wanted to take in half of our garage and turn it into living space. New siding and soffit. A little bit of work in our super tiny back yard. Replace all cabinets and flooring in our kitchen. No new appliances! They wanted $250k to do this work. When you look at the break down. With the break down they gave, they wanted $150k just for the inside. No high end finished. No high end anything. But they wanted $258 a sq/ft for the remodel. Thank you for being a complete waste of my time. I hope this project manager keeps over quoting so no one wants your business.

Goldstar Construction Group – Residential and Commerical Building and Remodeling 3 months agoIf you have Goldstar do work for you, don’t let Bob do the work. Bob was a super nice older gentleman and I believe he is a good person. That being said Bob was retired and called back to work. He took shortcuts in several areas of our kitchen and bathroom. Several things he did , we had to have them redone. The company was pretty good about doing that. 6 months later my bathroom floor is ruined because Bob didn’t put another wax ring in when putting the toilet back. The slow leak caused the new floor to be ruined. We even called bob back the night he put the toilet back due to water leaking from the toilet. He righted a few things and was off. He had to know when he put the toilet back that it wasn’t even touching the wax ring because if the new floor. All he had to do was put in another wax ring! Now I’m paying for a new floor again!

Executive Construction Group, LLC a month agoThis is what Executive Construction Group LLC work looks like. Really bad saw cuts, concrete all over the house, and many bad sections of concrete because it froze. The fence is crooked and the gate is flimsy and falling apart. I paid for topsoil and seed. Seed will not take because they didnt put enough topsoil down. There is supposed to be a 2 year warranty but Zach Siddle the owner will not call us back.
