I first called Roofsmith Restoration when a shingle flew away from my roof and they came immediately the next day and put a tarp in that area. He inspected the roof and took some pictures and explained us what could be done. From there on, Ryan was with us every step of the way until the contract was signed and first installment paid. This is where the problem started as the process in their organization is such. We had to follow up as there was no communication for a while. This definitely needs some attention. Work wise, the guys who came were pure professionals and never disturbed us even for a second. They started before 7 am and were done before 7 PM. They ensured everything is in place and made sure that the place is clean (though we found a few nails on our yard the next day) before they left. The gutter guys came 2 days later and it’s the same thing with them. Overall, except for a phase where communication was lacking, we had a great experience with Roofsmith Restoration.

Had a great experience with Roofsmith. Charlie was awesome with walking me through the entire process and answering any questions i had, very knowledgable. The whole team was communicative during installation as well. My only complaint was they did an OK job with clean up. Moved a bunch of stuff around and did not put it back in its place.

We worked with Charlie! So glad we trusted him! We had statefarm and it was a 9 month battle. It was hard to believe with statefarm denying us time after time. Charlie ensured us to be patient and trust the process! That this was normal for Statefarm. Well, he was right! We now have brand new siding on our home, brand new roof & gutters!!! He even got them to pay for all the bad wood. 5 stars for Charlie’s patience and persistence. We wanted to give up so many times but he got us to hang in there and we are SO GLAD WE DID! Thanks Charlie! & ROOFSMITH!

My project was complicated to say the least ! Nate was amazing, your roofing Technicians were pure artists ! As a first time home buyer and a female , I felt secure in the quote , I didn’t feel take advantage of .. They were Simply AMAZING !

Roofsmith made this experience easy as can be and were as professional as could hope for. Garrett was amazing and blessed to have him walk us through the process. Max Rivera, Sales Rep for Roofsmith Restoration of Akron, OH did an outstanding job working with my insurance company to help me get a full replacement for my roof due to wind and storm damage. It was a very challenging experience but Max knows the roofing and insurance business and worked from start to finish to make this happen for me. It took over a year but in the end his commitment and perseverance for his customer came through. I highly recommend Max Rivera at Roofsmith if you need a new roof, whether it’s covered by insurance or not. He will treat you right.
