ABC Roofing has done multiple jobs for me and done a great job with each one. Jeremy Taugner was very helpful, explaining everything and he even helped me navigate the insurance settlement so was able to get the replacement I needed for my home’s siding. I was amazed at how quickly we got the work scheduled and the team completed the work quickly and it looks fantastic, with attention to small details that made my home look even better than before. They did a small flat roof, gutters, and siding and I’d definitely work with them again. Thanks ABC Roofing team!

I am glad that I chose ABC Roofing to replace the roof on my house. Their Sales Rep. Jeremy Taugner was excellent in providing an estimate, explaining the contract and scheduling the work. The work crew was amazing in removing the old shingles and putting on a new roof in one single day. Clean up was awesome. The roof looks great, even better than I expected.

This is what I am currently dealing with since making the huge mistake of hiring ABC 2/29/24- Gabby, claims dept, came to home to pick up a check for 2956.25 from my moms account Over the weekend, my mom and i decided to use a different account for pmts regarding this claim to keep things separate from everyday transactions. Moved money to this account 3/4/24 my mom put a stop pmt on the check Gabby picked up. emails with gabby about what time Don was coming on 3/5/24 sent Gabby a separate email asking her if she could come over on this date or on 3/5/24 so that I could give her the pmt. Gabby asked what pmt I told her that it was for the job. Gabby called and let phone ring twice. I could not answer. She did not leave a vm. Did not hear back from Gabby on what time Don was coming. Called Don, person they sub contract with to do the work, 3 times, as well as texted him and he ghosted me. I checked my personal checking, and ABC fraudulently took out the 2956.25, using the routing and account number from a check that I wrote in January. ABC owes me 2956.25 + overdraft fees in the amount of $124, totaling $3080.25. The 2956.25 that ABC stole from me and the overdraft fees of 124.00, totaling 3080.25, needs to be deposited into my account. Last time Don and Gabby were over they were telling me that they have to deal with calls of cstomers threatening them, yelling at them, etc. Having that happen is not typical. Now, I understand why they get these calls; they screw people over.

We had a family memember do work in the past on our house and what a difference in quality of work ABC Roofing is. The roof was finished in one day and the clean up was excellent. The crew that worked on our house went above and beyond our expectations.
