I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called for an estimate and less than a week later I had a gorgeous roof, fully installed. The clean up by the crew was impeccable, there was not one piece of shingle or trash left behind. James Williams made sure I had the paperwork needed to file my insurance claim and answered all my texts and questions promptly. I highly recommend Anderson for all your roofing needs!

Find another company!! When gutters were installed they put seams above every door and they all leak. Plus it disconnected in rear of house almost immediately. They sent the same guy out to “fix it”. Finally after they got last payment they won’t even return a phone call.

Hired Anderson Roofing Company 2 years ago his men left the open roof uncovered for the weekend then it rained doing alot of damage. Anderson himself wrote on my receipt that things would be fixed they have not. He says men will be out to fix things they didnt show up but only once they left didnt bring a ladder. What roofing company doesnt have a ladder? Everytime it rains I have more damage to my home. Its 2 stories my husband and I are both retired we cant fix it. Insurance wont pay to fix things saying it’s the contractors responsibility they are correct. He will not return my calls. Not sure what to do. Paid alot of money and it’s been nothing but trouble. Would not recommend this company. Cheated in Minot

Called Mark on 20 Dec. He said he would come out and give a quote (cool). I called 2 days later and left a message to see if he had a chance to come out, no response. Followed up again last friday, no call back or response. Called this morning and he answers and tells me “well you aren’t the only person calling Ashley”. Excuse me? I understand busy but you made an appointment. You said you would come and look at some shingles (literally just missing 2-3 shingles from the storms) and then you don’t show up and you don’t at the minimum communicate you are having a hard time getting out here or because of weather or manning. Then say “well you aren’t the only person calling? “ super unprofessional, rude and Not okay.

Anderson roofing replaced the roof on our home this past summer. We hired them over the winter and they were great to work with. They provided a written bid, stood by their price, showed up when they said they would, communicated well through the process ect.. They removed our entire wood shake roof, did some wood repairs, and installed new asphalt shingles in 1 day. They also removed an old solar panel heater that didn’t work anymore and installed attic vents in the holes vs roofing over it. They meet and exceeded our expectations! We are so happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Mark Anderson and his amazing team.

They gave me a professionally written bid. They did a great job on my roof and knocked it out in one day. It’s been a year and still looking great.
