We hired Summit roofing to do our roof! Starting from everytime I asked a question or something on a email, before the end of the day my email was answered! Iam was always very professional and had all the information I needed. Our roof looks lovely and the workers were very professional. Thank you so much Summit Roofing! Ian and his crew pulled off the impossible. I was in a jam and needed a roof kinda like RIGHT NOW! He was understanding and easy to communicate with. He came right away for a quote and the price was extremely competitive. Everything he promised was met and his crew even respected my horses on property to stop long enough for me to walk into their stalls to medicate them, as they were terrified. Ian even checked on the roof his self, taking pictures of progress and truly being a supervisor that he promised to be. Being I was in a jam, he didn’t take advantage of the situation either. Fair, great company. Went a step further by sending pictures and other information need for all involved

Ryan and his crew did a great job on our roof. We had some damage from a wind storm and they replaced the whole roof for a very reasonable price. Good communication and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend if you are in the Wilmington area and need roof work done.

Summit Roofing recently installed a Fortified Roof on our home in New Bern, NC. We are very pleased with their work and our new roof. Summit was one of the vendors approved by the NC Insurance Underwriters Ass’n and listed on their website. Ian Kaplan, an owner, made a detailed presentation of the process involved to install a Fortified roof and assured us they would do a very professional job. They certainly did, and we are confident they will stand by their work should any service be necessary in the future. Highly recommend!

Needing a roof inspection, I chose Summit Roofing Company based upon their excellent reviews, and I can now say that I made the right choice. I spoke with Ryan on the phone, and he was at my house the same day. Ryan was/is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. From the initial inspection, with multiple photos of my roof, to the completed job and clean up, the whole crew at Summit Roofing did a fantastic job.
