Mike Reiniche was a terrific project manager– he did a thorough inspection of my roof, helped me to make the insurance claim (which can be intimidating), met the insurance inspector at my house, and got me on the schedule quickly. Brazen installed a beautiful roof. Thanks Mike!

Overall a very easy and and smooth process. Mike Reiniche made the sales pitch to me which was easy to understand and to the point. He helped me through the insurance part which again we simple and straight forward. Within a few weeks, Brandon Callaghan and his crew handled the replacement in a pretty onon invasive manner, making sure to put all my yard stuff back where they found it. Overall a great experience. I would recommend to all my friends.

My mother was in need of a new roof. Mike came out and made it happen! He came right out and got an estimate done and began work on the roof within a few days! Had an opportunity to work with Mike Reiniche regarding the damage to our roof caused by the wind storm. He did an excellent job in carrying out the initial inspection, and coordinating with the Insurance appraiser. There were some clarifications sought by the Insurance company and they were properly handled by Mike and his office staff here in Raleigh. After the new roof was installed, he did the final inspection and made sure everything was done properly. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was always prompt in response, extremely courteous and professional. We are happy with the work done.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He stuck around the entire time they replaced the shingles, to make sure everything was done properly and minimal damage was done to surrounding landscaping. We are very happy with the work done. Extremely personal and courteous and most of all very professional.
