Their insight and guidance into “the process” (because it is A PROCESS involving insurance and mortgage personnel) were spot. Alex and Phillip were dedicated to making the multiple interactions smooth, organized, smart, expedited. As to the actual Work Day — the crew was SHARP. They knew what they were doing, and they did it with speed and expertise. RoofPros — HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service. Roofpros fixed some bad gutter issues at my home today and went above and beyond what i had asked for…Alex was very professional and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it…no high sell or suprise cost they sent the invoice beforehand and gave detailed charges….also they are local to Mooresville so i would highly recommend if you are having roof/gutter issues instead of these strangers knocking on your door promising a roof even though you never met that person before
