Mike came when he said he would; he quickly identified the problem causing the leak, and he fixed it on the same day. Really please with his professionalism and pricing. He was very fair and helpful in explaining the cause of the issue. Will definitely call him for any issues in the future.

Mike hasn’t done work for me recently. I used him for two different repair jobs(approx. $200 each) around 5 yrs ago and they looked great. Of late, I called him to estimate a complete roof which he did. When I rec’d the estimate, the price and specifics were acceptable with one exception. He requested approx. 50% upfront. I contacted him and told him I was uncomfortable with paying upfront. I also told him I would be there the day it was replaced and pay him that day with his preference of cash or certified check. He hung up on me. To give him the benefit of the doubt(thinking we could have possibly got cut off) I called him right back. Got a voice message. Left him a message stating I think we got cut off and to please call back. It has been upward of a month without a return call. I believe at this point it is safe to say he hung up on me. Very unprofessional🙁🙁🙁

I called several times. Left messages. Spoke with his wife once. Waited for days and he never called.

Prompt service despite bad weather. Very knowledgeable and professional. Able to diagnose problem quick and fix cheaply.
