Highly recommended!! New to the insurance claim process my insurance company offered to pay @$1600 and was only allowing me money for the front of my home. I am so happy I contacted The Roof Mentors. Tyler arrived at my home the next day, completed a free roof inspection to confirm wind damage and submitted supporting photos to my insurance company. The insurance company requested additional photos on another couple of occasions before finally they agreed to send out an external roofing consultant. For each request from my insurance company, Tyler and his partner Nolan promptly responded (arriving early for scheduled appointments) and filed supporting documents. Last week I received the insurance claim check covering the full roof and today a full crew with a project manager (Christian) is on site installing my new roof. My cost is my deductable! Needed the roof looked at for a house I intended to buy. After some consideration and comparisons I went with The Roof Mentors who were able to schedule and get out to look at the roof extremely quickly. Had Nolan and Charles come out for the appointment and they were early and ready to get to work despite the heat. They were diligent about looking around the roof and the attic, and documenting with pictures. They were also very knowledgeable, provided simple explanations about a variety of topics and were adept at relaying information regarding attic venting and best solutions in relation to the roof. Received the report and quote soon after, about 2 days later, with suggestions on what should be done, a complete breakdown of the materials, and a step by step on how the crew would go about completing the job. Generally helpful, informative, and great to work with I had a very pleasant experience.

The Roof Mentors are a solid company. Very seldom that you come across a company that gives 110%. They helped us from start to finish. From helping us with our claim, to meeting with the adjuster to make sure everything was noted from the damage we had incurred. They are true to their word from showing up on time to making sure they cleaned up as if they were never there. They were very respectful of our property. I wish more companies would take a page out of their playbook. They stand behind their product craftsmanship and warranty. The team Brandon Shawn and Christian went above and beyond what was expected and made sure every question my mother had was answered and taken care of. The roofing crew did a great job on the roof it looks great. Brandon, Shawn and Christian were really respectful to my mother and myself. Keep up the good work fellas!!! Great service and quick responses, my repair was done within days of my initial call. The owner was able to work with me on the pricing as it was just a small repair. Very happy overall with their work and customer service!

In March 2024 I had to have my roof replaced. Roof Mentors out of Hope Mills, NC did the job. They absolutely have the best customer service of ANY company I have ever worked with. They call when they say they will call…they come when they say they will come…they were very patient when answering and explaining questions that I had. They went over and beyond as far as communication and customer service. Don’t hesitate to call this company because everyone from my initial call, to the completion of the job was wonderful to work with. I would like to recognize and say thank you to Dana Hogan, office manager…Marty Evans, field sales rep…Kenny Mason, Sales manager…and Christian McCranie, production manager. I would also like to thank the crew and men who actually did the work. They were all friendly, hard working, and did an awesome clean up at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company. Roof mentors made my roof repair process easy through my insurance company repair for the wind damage. It definitely needed to be replaced and they did a wonderful job communicating and I had my baby delivered before they came to do the repairs and they sent florist flowers and a plush bear. It made my day and I would hire them again if I ever need my roof done again. Very pleased with everY thing. The back half was not covered so we didn’t do the back half of the roof but you can see the roof difference from the pictures. They put tarp everywhere to catch the debris and move my lanterns so they wouldn’t be damaged. My husband came home and they communicated to him how the process was going and what they had left to do very well. No rude but very friendly and it was nice to hear them at the end cheer for their team accomplishments. A they help handle the pictures and communication in finishing the insurance process. Somethings I did during the process and they told me they do offer doing the things I did through the process. Not everyone helps in that way I was told. I will add when the damage to the roof happened. The roof mentors did not speak badly about other companies to get our business to hire them. We had others come to the door after deciding to go with them and they talked or cussed badly trying to get us to change our minds on the roof mentors and hire their companies which was not professional. Can’t say enough how good they were to us! I do want to add that Nicholas that came out was honest and didn’t try to force the half of the roof that didn’t get covered to get done but did let us know the options we had if we did want to cover it now. When the insurance company came out, he offered to come out or someone else to help explain the damages they reviewed and saw to them.

Awesome company. Very professional and courteous. Was a bit of a process with insurance. Josh our sales rep was awesome through out the process. Also very patient. The crew that did our roof went above and beyond. They also did a very thorough clean up. I did two walk around and did not find any nails.

First of all, DALTON!!! If you ever have this company to do your roof and Dalton is your contact/salesperson, he will go above and beyond to make sure it is done right. There is NO pressure. The communication is wonderful, whether it’s text/email. Mr. Dalton is very professional and he loves what he do. My insurance company was giving me a hard time about replacing the whole roof. Dalton fought for me and my insurance approved. I had my roof done on Nov 1st. First time homeowner and never had a roof replacement before. Mr. Dalton helped me pick out the roof color for my home. I know he’s experienced and he knows what to do. My roof looks wonderful. The work was done fast and the men cleaned up like they never were there. I would recommend this company and Mr. Dalton to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement.
