After having to fire another contractor, I hired M&D Construction to redo a walk in shower and linen closet. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They have restored my faith in contractors and I highly recommend them!

Go down to read the update… My experience with M&D is amazing from the first time i called asking for an estimate till the job was done. Ladies on the phone are professional, Mr Ruben and Mr Azam took care of any issues with the upmost professional manners, the roof was done in one day and the crew cleaned my front and back yard from all debris, plants were moved and put back i went out trying to find any nails arround the house but there were non. I took 6 differentiate estimates from diffrent companies and by far M&D was the best. Above all my roof looks amazing. I still have one more project to be done will update my review then UPDAING MY REVIEW *** sadly after a trying to get the company for 3 weeks to fix my roof THAT( they installed not long ago) i have no choice but warn others because i can’t get a hold of a supervisor. A month ago i wanted to install gutters i called M&D they were so eager to give me an estimate when i Googled why the end of the roof looks droopy i learned about over hanging shingels i called them again and i told them the roof was done wrong.. they sent me Mr Harrold who confirmed my finding…. The shingels are over hanging by 2 inches which is now causing the shingels to tip down at the edges looks very bad and unprofessional the shingels at the edges are bent .their customer service is not helpful and very rude .. everytime i call they gives me the run arround ..they tells me we will call you back or harold will call you back or the manager is out sick for a week . for 3 weeks i haven’t got a call back i called today 04/02 and Patty told me i will hang up and call Herold and will give you a call back an hr later no call back. very unprofessional and still waiting to get my roof fixed and will not do business with this company again. 04/03 Mr Harrold called me and left a message said their warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic issues and i would have to pay more to fix the over hanging shingels. It is not cosmetic it is wrong installation. Again i am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

NOT A GOOD PLACE OR SERVICE!! I want to bring to your attention my unfortunate experience with M&D Construction based in Fayetteville, NC. I entrusted them with renovating my house, including expanding two bedrooms on the second floor. They promised to complete the project in 3-4 months, however, it has been almost a year and the work is far from complete. From the outset, I was very clear with them that I needed regular communication about the progress of the renovations. Unfortunately, they ignored my calls and messages and lied to me about the status of the project. Despite paying them 95% of the total cost upfront, they did not respect my time and did not treat me with the professionalism that a customer deserves. As of today, February 24th, 2024, M&D Construction has failed to finish most of the work we agreed upon. They still ignore my calls, voicemails, and messages. Therefore, I have decided to hire another company to finish the work that they left unfinished. I strongly advise against working with M&D Construction. They have caused me a great deal of trouble, and I have documented everything for legal purposes since they breached our contract. If you decide to work with them, I strongly recommend involving an attorney to avoid any headaches. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay away from this company.

We have had only good experiences with them. Great company! Roof, bathrooms and now our home addition. David, Harold, Federico and the crew are great. They are busy, so communication sometimes was slow but they always responded. Inspection department was the hasle, they work slow and have all these rules.Very happy with everything.

Job type: siding. Price: $$ (fair) Quality of work: amazing, fast. We got our estimates done the very next day we called MD. It was just couple of days prior to X-mas. Mr.Ruben checked all details, measurements, took into consideration our budget. Other companies we had before were trying to sell us the new siding for the whole house, which was way out of budget. MD instead provided us honest review and repair where actually needed. The price in total was very fair: we paid something upfront and then after the job was completed. Financing is also available. The work started a week later after rainy days are gone. The work team was on time. They worked 2,5 days straight till late, despite the low 30F outside. The quality of work: simply great, they give 5 years warranty. By the time the team was done, they cleaned up the work area. Their manager came to make sure everything is good to go. As the one who been looking for someone to fix the siding for a few months, I highly recommend MD👍

M&D Construction installed my roof in 2017. Flash forward 6-years. Technically out of the full 5-year warranty (Shingles are lifetime on materials) but I had a small leak. Ruben came out today and identified the issue quickly and sealed it up free of charge. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK, EVEN 6-YEARS AFTER. It ended up being a small area that needed additional caulking around the plumbing pipes coming out of the roof to allow air to come in to allow faucets, toilets, etc. to drain into the sewer. He explained all this to me and showed me that they were still intact and in good condition but where the water was likely getting under the flaps during heavy rains. I asked if he could look at some other areas I had concerns and he did, even those that they did not work on. He didn’t try to sell me anything else but we left the possibility open for future projects I may have. I will be using M&D in the future and I can recommend them to other. Thank you Ruben and M&D for being a company I can trust.

I am pleased with the contractors that came out to install my carpet and replace my baseboards. I would love to give M&D a five start rating but I had some issues with lack of communication and appointment times changing. Once I spoke with David and voiced my concerns about lack of communication, he was in direct contact with me from that point until my service was complete. I do appreciate that David, that meant a lot. The quality of work I received from the two teams were exceptional and I have no complaints, they did a really good job on my carpet. If they can workout the communication issues, this will be the go-to Construction company in Fayetteville.

M&D Construction was prompt, affordable and efficient from start to finish. Ruben promptly came to our house to quote our need for new windows. Steve and his assistant performed a flawless installation and clean up. Very professional. We highly recommend M&D Construction.
