The estimate and consultation was seamless. It wasn’t until the work started that I realized the gap in service skills. We were told incorrect dates of service which resulted in me waking up to two strange men on my locked back porch at 7:30 (will be upgrading the lock system). They left nails behind on the porch. They didn’t complete the job as there was still a leak. They offered to come fix it again with no warning of when or knowledge of the leak location. Another startling morning of men outside my bedroom window. Who’s surprised, the leak was still there afterwards. Who knows what they did the day before. I requested to SCHEDULE a time so we could communicate about the leak in person but instead they showed up the next day while I was at work. Then I receive a call telling me the leak is just something that happens during thunderstorms and that I need to be realistic. No ounce of empathy or remorse. No discount offered for not fixing the problem. Good guys, bad service.

Pickard fabricated a custom aluminum cap for my rock chimney. From Frank coming out to measure and estimate to Charles and his good crew of Christian men that did the install later on, it was a good experience. The cap looks great. I would use them again for sure.

I had a leak in my roof and the source was unknown. I had several people out prior to calling Pickard Roofing and they where unable to find where the leak originated. They came out and spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of my roof and he was able to find the problem and also figure out an affordable solution. I really appreciated that he was very knowledgeable, professional and was determined to find the small leak that was causing a big problem inside my house. I would definitely recommend Pickard Roofing to anyone who has a roofing issue.

After damage from a hail storm, we chose Pickard Roofing to replace the entire roof. From the start to finish Jonathan met with us and the insurance claims adjuster and was fully engaged in the process from inspection to selecting the shingles to the quote and job completion. Pickard Roofing is competitively priced – and most importantly they were professional, the roofers showed up early, worked efficiently and did a top notch job. What struck me was their hard work, attention to detail – from cutting the shingles perfectly where needed and replacing our flashing – better than the original done by the builder. As they did the job they paid attention to the placement of debris and did a thorough sweep in the cleaning process each day. We are very pleased and after multiple rain storms we can attest to the fact that The shingles and their fine work are doing exactly what we needed for the roof. At a time when it can be difficult to get what you pay for and a high quality job, Pickard roofing hit it spot on. Thank you!

If you want ok roofing, go for it. If you want to have multiple roofing nails left in your driveway and yard after they do their work then this is the company for you. We found several nails in our driveway after they left our home. One evening we found our vehicle with a totally flattened tire. I had driven it home in great shape just a couple hours before. We found another roofing nail right next to the flattened tire. We had to drive to a tire place on a flat at 6 pm on a weeknight- with three kids – and have it replaced. Two hours and two hundred dollars later we had a new tire. Tyler confirmed he would reimburse us for this based on the 800 dollars we paid for their work. However, when we submitted the invoice from the tire company to Pickard, he informed us that the only way they would reimburse was if there was a photo of their nail in our tire. Clearly not willing to own up to responsibility in leaving a workplace the same way they left it when they arrived. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere if you want a company that stands by what they say and doesn’t leave nails on your property…

When picking a roofing company, we were interested in a company that would do a quality job that would hold up over the long haul, and a company that would be responsive to any service needs that arose later. I think we got that with Pickard Roofing. We were very happy with the roof replacement. The work looks great, was completed in a timely way, and the workers cleaned up as well as can be expected with so much debris generated (ie I only found a few stray nails and metal flashing bits on our wooded lot afterwards). When there was a small issue afterwards, they were good about resolving it to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend!

When other local roofers did shoddy and incomplete work on my damaged roof, the folks at Pickard were responsive, straightforward, and honest. Over the years Shawn Murphy and now Jonathan Heredos have been informative in showing me and explaining the damage and practical solutions to my roofing problems. When they could’ve sold me on complete roof installation, they did not. Their crews are on time, fast, and clean. Keep it up and I’ll remain a loyal client.

Pickard Roofing did a great job! They used the best materials, showed up on time, finished on time and cleaned up afterwards. Not sure what more you could want from a roofing company.
