Feazel Roofing just replaced the 30 plus year old roof on our house. It looks great! The project manager, Jerry Ferrall, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of work progression and additional rot discovery via texts and photos. He told us they would arrive at 6 am and they did. The whole crew were very friendly, respectful and professional. We are very pleased with the job.

What a wonderful experience we had with Feazel! The supervisor inspected our roof, inside and out. Then he shared the photos with us. He told us to get other quotes then call him if we wanted Feazel. It was no pressure at all. We decided to use Feazel due to Ethens visit. Ethan helped us arrange financing for the roof that we were comfortable with. They replaced the roof within about 2 weeks. We were kept up to date with the progress by the project manager, Colby. He was a pleasure to work with. They completed our project in a single day including full cleanup of our yard. I cannot recommend Feazel enough! They are wonderful. Our roof now has a 50 year warranty and we never need to worry about the roof again. Great experience and HIGHLY recommend Feazel!!!!!

All seemed perfect and smooth initially, quick work on a fairly large roof but turns out later that things were overlooked due to the rush. If you don’t take a close look, you might not see any issues. I hesitated with this review for over a year as they fixed when I bring things up but things are accumulating. 1. Agreed upon drip edge all around was not installed, they came back to fix it but only after I brought it up. Still thankful they came and fixed it. 2. Kitchen roof vent was removed during demo and hole was shingled over. They fixed it but took us months to find out why our kitchen vent is not as effective as it used to be. Glad I took before pictures of the roof. The guy that came by was very nice. 3. Metal roof installed in a way that left a gap between gutters and metal drip edge at one spot. Brought it up and no reply for 2 Months. Is the condition the end of the world? No, but not great workmanship either but not the best strategy to avoid wood rot or water damage. Seems to be an issue with the sheets under the metal but this should have at least been pointed out. Issue was not addressed as this is said to be an issue with the structure below. I still think I have a good roof for the most part now but the things that happened are just unfortunate and should not happen to experienced roofers and a roofing contractor of the year.

I worked with two folks over there that did an excellent job throughout the process. Andrew Morrow and Jerry Farrell. Drew helped me through months and months of back-and-forth with the insurance to get everything approved. Very easy to work with and patient, and made the process easy to follow. Jerry was the on-site supervisor for the work. The crew was incredible and Jerry sent pictures and updates to me every few hours showing progress and providing updates. They did my whole roof (with cleanup) in ONE DAY! Great job would highly recommend them.

Feazel provided great customer service. Everyone I dealt with Jerry Farrel, PM and Mercedes Mercer, Sales Mgr were friendly, reliable, and responsive. The service was fine professionally and promptly, with updates throughout the process. The roof looks fantastic and the yard was thoroughly cleaned up by the installers. Big thanks for Mercedes for helping us get through the insurance process. We are happy with our new roof and will definitely recommend Feazel to others.

This is the second time we have worked with Feazel roofing and both experiences have been great! This time around Drew came out to survey the roof (he was great! professional, kind, knowledgable and honest!) and Jerry Farrell was the project manager. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Jerry made a point to knock on the door the morning of the project and introduce himself. Calm, professional, at ease, and assured us they would do a fantastic job on the roof. He sent ample photos throughout the project and kept us posted along the way. Unfortunately, after removing the shingles the team found that almost *all* of our OSB boards were deteriorating and needed to be replaced- Jerry and his team secured and installed 66 new boards and still got the job done in one day. Everything was tarped, cleaned and left it tip-top shape. Jerry was even kind enough to take some extra trash from our recent move! Highly recommend working with Feazel! Jerry Farrell PM and his crew were excellent 👌. He and his team performed an excellent quality install. They were clean, professional fast and provided continuous updates throughout the process. Our sales rep Ruben was also excellent and responded promptly to any questions/concerns we had a long the way. I will not hesitate to utilize their services for any future projects I have.
