Taylor roofing did an excellent job of replacing our roof. They responded quickly and the workmanship was excellent. They always arrived on time, completed the roof job in one day and repaired the ceiling in the living room where it was water damaged to my complete satisfaction. We would recommend them to all. they were very professional and answered questions in a timely manner.

If this company shows up one more time soliciting from a hail storm that occurred back in April and it is the middle of July, you WILL BE ARRESTED! They came twice in four days! The same PERSON! If this is a way you have to drum up business by continually banging on private residential homes, then you are someone I would NEVER, EVER do business with. You have crossed the line. My husband called your company and advised you of such. I have contacted the sheriff’s department and filed a report. Oh and your motto, “We will work with your insurance company to get you a new roof at no extra charge to you, screams FRAUD! If you need a roof replaced, find a local reputable company and not someone out of state banging on your door multiple times days apart after a bad storm.

Blake did an amazing job helping me through the whole process – understanding what needed to be done – helping me meet with the insurance adjuster, quoting a super competitive rate after insurance didn’t pan out and getting things scheduled quickly. The crew was professional and courteous – and clean up was great – it doesn’t look like anyone was ever here!! Thank you for a job well done!! Everything was top notch. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service & very competent and professional. They put a new roof on for me several years ago due to storm & hail damage to my old roof and did an excellent job. Each time I have reached out to Matt, the owner, to come and look at a concern, he has been very prompt in providing that service. I have only had to reach out to him I think twice plus yesterday. I found water spots on my breakfast room ceiling and contacted him immediately in the evening yesterday and he sent 2 of his crew out today. They quickly found the issue which was related to caulking that needed replaced under a window where a copper plate was installed when the roof was installed. He has always been that prompt with my other 2 issues. I would highly recommend this roofing company and would never hesitate using them again!!

Matt came and checked our roof today after the crazy hail storm this weekend. He gave good advice for care of the roof and other features and confirmed we didn’t in fact need any repairs. Thank you for all your help!

Taylor just recently redid our roof, and they were extremely professional and highly competent through the whole job and even after. I had hail damage on multiple places on the roof, they took very detailed notes and pictures and worked with my insurance company to ensure I got the replacement roof I needed. They kept every word / promise they made and spent extra time explaining things to me – as I (in contrast) am not a competent roofer. The workers that came and worked on our house were very courteous and helpful too. I had one part around a skylight that was leaking a little months after the job – they responded to it IMMEDIATELY and I was so impressed with their follow-up and fix. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Taylor Construction for any job. Very professional, honest, competent, and the rates were also reasonable. I didn’t pay 1 dime more than they told me it would be at the quote – even saved some for me! Thanks to the whole team there.

Justin Coggins was the Company Representative for Taylor Construction during the process of getting our new roof. He was very thorough as he inspected our roof for damage. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to help us make the claim that we had hail damage. Because of Justin our insurance agreed to pay for the lion’s share of our new roof—for our entire ranch style house and garage! The large crew of roofers took no time at all to install some needed plywood and 2 beautiful new roofs! A few adjustments were made swiftly when we requested that some places be smoothed out. Working with Justin, Rachael in the office, and the rest of the crew was a pleasure. They were always honest, courteous, and conscientious. I recommend Taylor Construction without reservation to anyone needing a new roof.

These guys were phenomenal!!I was dreading having to put a new roof on my house and after watching the work that Taylor did at my neighbor’s house,I was sold.I have been a landscape contractor for 30 years and have never seen a job site so clean after a roof went on a house.Trust me…use Taylor Construction!!
