Our company contact, Nate, was invaluable as he guided us through the entire process from the inspection, to filing the claim, to being present when the claims inspector came. Nate came to our house with samples and stopped by on installation day as well as followed up with an on- site walk about the day after. Our crew was efficient and by the end of the day, our new roof was getting compliments from several neighbors. A process that could have been daunting to us seniors was easy. We have happily passed on our experience with Regal to our friends.

Regal did a great job of working with me on a new roof. Nate York provided very useful information on various shingles and provided samples to assist in the decisions of the type and color. The roof crew arrived early in the morning and completed the job that afternoon. Shrubs and other items around the house were protected, and the crew did not leave until the areas around the house were cleaned of any debris.

The entire process was extremely easy and professionally handled. From the initial contact to the completion of our roofing installation, service was superb. The entire process only took a few weeks. We were assisted with the insurance claim, from the adjuster, the third party contractor, checks, and all aspects being handled expeditiously. The entire process was courteous and professional. We are elated, so proud of the looks of our new beautiful roof. We highly recommend Regal and Jay.

We were very happy and satisfied with the services rendered by Garrett, Jake and Josh. Things went smoothly with the insurance company, installation went off without a hitch, in a timely and efficient manner, and cleanup was thorough. We were very pleased with the entire crew involved in our roof installation.

Absolutely cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. We had a complicated insurance claim and they helped us every step of the way. The expert repair work was thorough and timely. Jay and Josh were both amazing to work with: Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent communicators! They called when they said they were going to call, came out when they said they were going to come out, and followed through to a “T”. I feel very confident about the integrity of our new roof and it looks great ! I would highly recommend Regal to anyone with roofing needs!

Regal Roofing did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! Communication and follow up were spot on! Their inspector Jay Carver was amazing! I had a poor experience with another roofing company in the past and the job was never done. Jay, however, was so reassuring and literally held my hand during the entire process. He handled matters with the insurance company and was so flexible with scheduling the job at my convenience. The crew that completed the job was faster than expected and very courteous.
