I contacted Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Restoration to fix my solar attic fans. They promptly scheduled an appointment and discovered that my roof also needed maintenance and had a leak. Despite my tight schedule due to travel and impending rain, they provided a fair estimate and completed the repair efficiently. Excellent service!

A branch (rocket) punctured roof and I called Charlotte’s Best Roof last night around 8pm and they were able to come out by 10 am the next am to repair the hole. Highly impressed with Mark and his worker. Professional, punctual, patient and kind.

Mark Grayson came by for an inspection and estimate. He took photos of the areas with issues and gave me an estimate to replace the roof. The price was actually cheaper than some of the estimates that I had already received! Mark was very professional and courteous and was honest in what he found. What impressed me the most was that he caulked some problem areas that I didn’t even know were there while he was on the roof. No cost!! I highly recommend Charlotte Roofing.

I got multiple quotes and Charlotte’s Best Roofing was the best value. They replaced our entire roof, repaired the fascia, added a ridge vent, and installed an exhaust vent through the soffit. Along the way, they had great communication and were flexible with repairs and adjustments that came up. Overall, I highly recommend their work quality and service.

Mark and his team are polite and honest. I had an issue with a power vent that was leaking and after we scheduled an appointment to get the wood removed due to the leaks, we found out that the power vent’s metal frame was entirely fragmented/broken off the power vent itself. They were able to remove it and replace the area with new shingles and decking in place of the power vent. Afterwards they were able to redo my rubber pipe boots on my roof as well to stop any remaining leaks entering my attic. Honestly it was a good experience and I recommend them for being flexible with their scheduling and honesty whenever a problem occurred during the repair.
