Turn key management of roof replacement insurance claim (hail damage). Arrived at every appointment as scheduled. Work started as scheduled at 7 am. They ended up replacing much more of the roof deck than planned, but still managed to finish up same day. They came out the next morning to do cleanup. He also took care of scheduling the molding guy to come in and seal around the new skylight. Very pleased with the final result.

I can’t recommend Charlotte Ace Roofing enough! We recently had our entire roof replaced, and they were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. One of the biggest things that impressed us was how they handled the insurance paperwork. They dealt directly with our insurance company, saving us a ton of time and hassle. They were also incredibly patient with the insurance company, which can be notorious for taking a long time and being difficult to deal with. On top of their professionalism, Charlotte Ace Roofing was also on-time and on-budget. They kept us informed throughout the project and completed the work exactly as promised. It’s also worth mentioning that our neighbor used them recently as well and had a similarly positive experience. It is so rare to find a trade company that not only works with integrity but maintains quality and is mindful of cost to the consumer- and Charlotte Ace Roofing has that in spades! Vasily the owner is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and is exceptional in his communication of all steps of this process. I had an old roof, with hail damage to boot and didn’t expect my insurance company to help with replacement due to the age. Vasily helped me navigate the claims process and I was able to get a brand new (desperately needed) roof with his help. The crew was incredible- they took care to protect all the plantings and belongings around the perimeter of my house, worked tirelessly in the summer heat to complete the job in a single day and took the time to clean up afterwards, leaving me with nothing but a brand new roof to be thankful for.
