Bailey and the FCR crew took really good care of us. We met over a year ago when they were putting new roofs on all my neighbors homes after a big storm came through. We weren’t able to get a roof at that time for various reasons however Bailey was so kind to us. She gave us a free estimate, and told us to contact her when the time was right. We kept her contact info and this year the time was PERFECT for us! I called Bailey and she made the whole process seem effortless. She was so kind to explain everything in detail and guide us through the process from start to finish. In no time the FCR crew was out at our home putting on an AMAZING looking roof that will protect my home and our family for years to come. The roofing team did a fantastic job and we are very impressed with the quality of the materials and their work. Thank you Bailey and thank you to the hard working FCR team! I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Bailey and her team walked me through every step of the process, including insurance. They covered my home in tarps top to bottom to prevent debris from getting all over the place. They installed the roof same day and cleaned up like they were never there. Bailey documented the whole thing with photos so I could see what was happening and worked with my insurance adjuster to get the payout to match their costs. I don’t know what I would have done without Bailey’s assistance. She made it so easy for me.

We were recommended to seek assistance from First Choice Roofing and since we met Bailey Morris we have been beyond happy with the service. Bailey was accommodating and professional and she worked with us through the entire process. Her team came in replaced our roof, cleaned up, and vanished within hours. First Choice Roofing was easy to work, thorough and fixed an issue that 2 other roofers had previously “fixed” but each time we got heavy rains it clearly wasn’t fixed. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY! Jennifer, Ethan and First Choice Roofing were amazing to work with from beginning to end. Their customer service was excellent from the first onsite visit to working directly with the insurance adjuster for the claim to the workmanship on the roof, gutters, downspouts, and skylights was all “FIRST CLASS”! Jennifer was our project manager and was onsite all day every day during the construction, which in my experience is unheard of. FCR communicated the timing of work days with me every step of the way to schedule appropriate days based on weather or other conditions. My lawn, shrubs, driveway, and patio were ALL perfectly clean when they left every day, which is remarkable. It’s a no brainer, I would highly recommend FCR and Jennifer for your next construction project. Definitely make this company your First Choice for your next project!

First Choice Roofing and Construction is a stellar company–from its very knowledgeable project managers, its expert, diligent roofers, to its dedicated clean-up team. They delivered all the materials on time to our house and the team showed up on time for an early start. We were kept informed, and they answered all our questions as the work was done. We were particularly pleased with their attention to detail and their cooperative attitude throughout the whole project. They used top-quality material and stand by their work. Yhocio was a true professional walking us through the entire process and working directly with our insurance to make sure everything was handled perfectly. He worked diligently to make sure everything ran smooth on the day of install and the final product is terrific. I would definitely recommend them and call on them for future work as needed – great experience overall 5/5.

Bailey and FCR were amazing to work with. She came to our home for an initial inspection, explained EVERYTHING to us, helped with the insurance claim, and ensured installation was smooth and seamless. Her communication via text was always prompt and professional. Their team uses high-quality products with warranties. A few months later we had a leak, so reached out. Their team came out quickly to inspect and the leak was actually NOT coming from the roof, but rather a crack in the window seams. But they still caulked around the window for us and sent plenty of pictures to help us diagnose the problem. They did not charge a dime for coming out. I would work with FCR again and again.

We had our roof replaced in September of 2023 and the First Choice team did an excellent job from start to finish! Bailey was excellent as she walked us through the entire process. She was present during every stage of the roof replacement to ensure their product was delivered as expected and we were satisfied with our new roof.
