One of the only places I could find that worked on an existing metal roofing. Jay came out and had an estimate very quickly and then was installed several weeks later. They were prompt and great customer service when I contacted other companies it was hard to get a response.

What a fantastic group of people. What sets Pisgah Roofing apart from others is their commitment to their client’s satisfaction. We made the decision to get a new roof with Pisgah Roofing. That night my wife and I questioned our color choice of shingles. David, my sales rep, went out of his way to drive all the way back to our house the very next day with shingle samples, again, all so we could make the best decision for our house. The work crew, led by Jaylen, was kind and courteous, checking in with me regularly with progress updates during the installation. The work crew took extra care with our gardens to keep old roofing material out of them per our request. When the roof was finished, I notice that there was an issue that wasn’t addressed that was initially discussed. It wasn’t a major issue but something that I felt should be addressed. When I reached out to Tommy, my project manager, he responded immediately with a proposed resolution. It was a better solution than I had hoped for. Pisgah Roofing goes the extra mile to ensure that you get a fantastic product and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the finished product. Plain and simple, they take care of you.

We had the good fortune, having John Jervis and his crew of Sergio and Garcia to do the project at our house. This is what I would consider a fairly challenging job wrapping the soffits and eaves of very old house. It was exposed wood. These guys were a pleasure to work with. Any challenge or obstacle they came up against they just worked through it. The house looks fantastic. Gerard
