Aaron Buchanan was extremely thorough and helpful. He communicated with me throughout the time leading up to the appointment and then did an amazing job assessing and explaining what might be going on with my leak. He even took the time to tighten a screw and talked through with photos what might be going on. I highly recommend Black Bear and Aaron!
