I was recommended to the Roofing Guys through a friend and a business owner locally. The next day, Patrick was on the phone, setting up a time to come look at the roof and give me an estimate. Pat kept it touch but was not pushy in the following week. We made some adjustments to the style of shingles and that was it, signed ready to go for the following week. It’s Roofing day and they are here on time. Shingles, drip edge, everything good to go. I met with Austin and he made sure everything was good and the project began. End of day, the roof is complete and WOW does it look amazing. Austin went over some small things. Fast forward a week, roof looks great, everything was taken care of and my roof looks like the nicest one in my neighborhood. From Patrick to Austin to Rick and even Mike, they were all great to interact with, respectful of my property, and making sure I was happy and it was done to perfection. There’s alot into a roof, it’s a huge investment and alot of money. I’m very happy I chose roofing guys for their quality work, material, recommendations and their true honestly. Thanks alot to you all!

I had a tree fall on my roof, damaging the shingles and sheathing. Shane came out the same day I called The Roofing Guys office to assess the situation. He even took the time to temporarily patch the damaged area to keep water out of my house. Tony and his crew stripped my 3,000 sq ft roof, replaced sheathing, and installed a brand new roof in 1 day! I am extremely happy with the finished product! Shane, Tony, and the entire Roofing Guys were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Three years later, garage plywood sheeting still wet. Rafters wet. Studs wet. I can hear the rain in the walls. Siding almost flew off house. Broke a hole in siding above porch roof. Multiple calls, no one answered until I demanded my money back. After 2 weeks, guy shows up, after 3 weeks – nothing. Now there’s a leak in the upstairs bathroom ceiling. Edit 3/25/2024: Been a week since your response. No one has called me or made contact in any way. Just give me a refund so I can hire someone who will show up. Channel 9 “Your Stories” is my next stop. Edit 5/17/2024: I’m done with you. My roof has been leaking for almost 3 years. I’m sone with your lies and empty promises. I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau and didn’t even bother to respond. You have one week to meke a full refund in a cashiers’s check or I take you to court and sue for damages. You messed with the wrong person.

An owner who was offensive and extremely defensive. When all he had to be was sympathetic and reassuring during an anguishing predicament he was responsible for. Instead he shook me up. My house was due for a new roof. Though I NEVER had a leak. Just being proactive. $11,000 bid beat 2 other reputable offers. So, I went for it. The job was done in September. All seemed fine and to the naked eye, looked good. During a March thaw, a 2nd floor bedroom/roof ceiling started leaking like a sieve. We didn’t catch it until things got flowing onto the main floor. After a few frantic calls and emails to the roofing guys, I got a return call from the owner. He assured me he’d be sending over a crew the next day to check things out. The next morning I got an email telling me his staff weren’t returning for the season until the following Monday and I’d have to wait. I begged him for immediate service. Ceilings collapsing, wood floors soaking and buckets everywhere. He got angry and short with me saying that for all he knew it was squirrels or pipes causing this. NOT SO. I knew i was in trouble. I called a proven contractor. They checked things out and told me where the screw up in installation was. We put a huge tarp over the problem areas. I didn’t have the stomach to deal with the indifference and intimidation of this owner/company. I called their insurance company. The adjuster acknowledged the faulty installation and paid on behalf of the insured for interior repairs only. The money was no where near enough to get things back to where it was. Mold, staining warping etc…they wouldn’t pay to repair the roof either. Just the damaged caused by the bad roof? I didn’t went to spend more money having a different company redo the work. So, I ended up calling the roofing guys to back up their warranty. Their head foreman came over. He explained that the whole job wasn’t done how he would have done it? Wonderful. A crew came out and fixed a part of the roof that was flatter than their satellite pictures depicted? Also, replaced a bunch of shingles that their roof jacks had crushed. A miserable experience. A painful experience.. BEWARE!!!! i RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THE OWNER I WAS REFERRING TO THAT I PLEADED WITH FOR HELP WAS MICHAEL FLYNN. i ASSUMED THIS WAS THE SOLE PROPRIETOR. IT WAS HE THAT HAD ME SHAKING WITH FEAR, FRUSTRATION AND ANGER. IT WAS NOT BAD WEATHER THAT HELD UP ANYONE COMING TO CHECK OUT THE LEAKING ROOF THAT WEEKEND. HE SAID HIS CREW WAS NOT RETURNING FOR THE SEASON UNTIL MONDAY. i ASKED HIM IF HE COULD COME OUT AND CHECK THINGS OUT. HE WAS TAKEN ABACK BY THAT TELLING ME I WAS FOOLISH IF I THOUGHT HE WOULD GET ON MY ROOF. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WASN’T INSURED FOR THAT. EXCUSE ME FOR THINKING THAT A ROOFING COMPANY OWNER ISN’T ALLOWED ON A ROOF? ALL FOLLOW UP CALLS FROM THE COMPANY AFTER THAT WERE FROM ANGELA. I DO NOT KNOW HER POSITION WITH THE COMPANY. BUT, SHE WAS PLEASANT AND WANTED TO WORK THINGS OUT. SHE DID APOLOGIZE AND ATTEMPTED TO EXCUSE M.FLYNN’S BEHAVIOR. Reply from r guys.FREE SIDING JOB??? I’M SORRY YOU HAVE YOUR JOBS CONFUSED OR ARE JUST MAKING UP LIES.. COME TAKE A LOOK AT MY HOUSE. IT WAS BOUGHT 15 YEARS AGO AND THE SIDING THAT CAME WITH IT IS STILL INTACT AND NOT ONE BIT OF WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON IT. YOUR COMPANY ONLY CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE WORK YOU DID ON THE “FLAT” ROOF THAT CAUSED THE LEAKS AND RESULTING DAMAGE. I HAVE NOT LIED ONCE OR EXAGGERATED IN MY VIVID RECOLLECTION THIS EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH THE ROOFING GUYS. I EXPLAINED TO ANGELA THAT I’VE POSTED BECAUSE THE FRUSTRATION HAS YET TO END. I’M STILL HAVING WORK DONE INSIDE THE HOUSE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGES. YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE MONEY RAN OUT A LONG TIME AGO. YOU BELIEVE YOU WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO MAKE ME HAPPY. I DISAGREE. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY EXPENSIVE MISERABLE MESS.

It was done in a day. Like advertised they finished the small 900 square foot roof in a day, hopefully it doesn’t leak. I did however have to call them back to pick up the mess they left inside my house after they finished. I also had to spend three hours picking glass out of my backyard from the skylight that broke while they removed it. I figured for the price I paid they would at least clean my house and backyard from their own trash/mess they made. They also had to use my broom and my blanket/towels as a tarp since apparently they don’t have their own. Over priced, over valued, under delivered. Edit: still haven’t gotten anything in the mail and it’s been weeks.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the Roofing Guys professionalism, quality of materials and workmanship!!! Gary S., Rick, Harry, Austin and crew were nothing short of amazing!!! Their attention to detail, desire to please the customer and to do the job perfectly was superb. Clean up was spotless and they even aligned my gutters. I give my highest possible recommendation to the Roofing Guys! Need a Roof? Call the Roofing Guys!!!

Recently found a small stain on my freshly painted ceiling. Naturally, these things just don’t go away so I called around, read a few dozen reviews and called these guys first. Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is “what they do in the off season”, roof repairs. Well, “Rick” came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately. He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time. He left and I got the quote same day. I was very grateful for the short term fix and I decided to go with the long-term solution anyway. I left it up to them when they wanted to come back and do it and they said they’d give me a call. A couple of days go by and Rick stopped by with another person during a snowstorm. He said no big deal that’s what we do. Two hours later I have the correction in place that will last me another 50 years and I couldn’t be happier. Quick, very friendly, cleaned up everything and did a great quality job, w/pictures. Highly recommended

I am a customer in CNY who had a roof, two skylights, and a wood chimney exterior structure replaced by TheRoofingGuys. From the start of the consult with Shane to the finished product, the service and install was outstanding. Shane was incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests of the skylight and chimney stack install. Of the three quotes we received from the roofing guys and other companies, the roofing guys was an easy choice. Highly recommended.

Needed a new roof replaced. I got three estimates on a Sunday. The Roofing Guys quote was ballpark with another Syracuse company and a LOT less than this big builder that knocked on my door. Early November and a week later we had a nice new roof, and I had them do my 86 year old father’s house too on the same day. Clean up was great on both places. The company is very easy to deal with start to finish. Basically need a roof? Call them, get a quote, agree, and you have a new roof when you get home from work. Send them a check. Fairly priced. Thanks Roofing Guys! Good work.
