The entire process was perfect. I knew right from the initial visit for the quote that I was going with S&G. Mike Boor was very professional and provided a quote on the spot. He was very thorough and made me very confident that I was choosing the right company. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time as promised and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The site Forman, Mark, did an outstanding job on coordinating the process and kept me informed on the progress of the job and made sure that everything was completed to perfection. Not that the crew needed guidance, they were great and I could not be happier with the end product. As they were cleaning up, neighbors stopped by to comment on how great the roof looks and I understand that there were a few inquiries about shingle replacement on their homes. All in all, it was a great experience. Not to mention, but I will, S&G’s quote came in significantly less than other quotes I received for the job.

The crew arrived before scheduled to prepare for the day. Work was completed in a timely fashion as was agreed upon. Cleanup was ongoing and satisfactory. Minor problems discovered were handled efficiently with what was needed at hand. Good customer service and the parting gift was appreciated.

We are very happy with this company. From our first visit with Rocky, who spent a lot of time with us, to the completion of the job, everything was done professionally. The crew that installed the roof did everything we were told they would do. The clean up was outstanding. I highly recommend S&G.
