Recently had my roof done by A and J Reliable and can say I am extremely pleased. Price was fair and Joe the sales rep was very helpful and patient in helping to pick the right shingles and color and went out of his way to get sample boards for me, as well as helping with the villages extensive permitting process The work crew was very professional, courteous and the work was high quality. They also cleaned up area thoroughly and finished the job within one day as promised. In 2017 I used A and J to replace flat vinyl type roof section as well as replace all my gutters. I can say they were very professional and the workmanship has held up and have had no problems. Overall very satisfied with A and J Reliable!

I barely ever take the time to write a review, but I was very impressed with Wendell Hill who is the Product and Sales Consultant for A&J Roofing so I was inspired to do so. Last October, Wendell came over to my 97 year old father-in-law’s house when I called A&J to assess some issues we were dealing with on his roof. Wendell arrived quickly and determined the cause of the leaking that was happening. He didn’t have all the exact supplies on hand at that very moment to fix it, but said he would go obtain them and return right back. That’s just what he did. He returned back within the hour and completed the job on my father-in-law’s roof. It was a relief to have it fixed in such a timely fashion and I was happy with Wendell’s reliability. Fast forward to this June. I needed an entire new roof on my own house. I didn’t think twice about hiring A&J. I trust their employees and their product. I remembered my experience deaIing with Wendell months prior. I had high expectations for them on my house and they didn’t disappoint. Every step of the process was conducted very smoothly. From the initial estimate and preliminary measurements to the final touches. They always showed up on the date they said and very punctual right down to the minute that they told me they would be arriving each day throughout the job. The installers were here for 2 full days. First day they completed the new roof in entirety. Second day they installed all the new gutters. The same installers were here each day. They were courteous, very neat, careful, and very hardworking. They kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining everything to me. Whenever I called the main office to ask any questions they were always very accommodating. Everyone that I’ve dealt with was really great and I don’t have a single complaint. I’ve recommended them to other neighbors. If you’re thinking it’s about that time for getting the needed new roof also, don’t think anymore and just do it. A&J makes it easy.

A & J Reliable expertly installed my new gutters. The crew arrived on time, completed their job while being very careful of the shrubs. The hidden rot of several fascia boards was an easy challenge for them to repair. Overall the whole team was organized and easy to communicate with. Great people, good job, highly recommend.

Received a fair estimate for repairing the hole in the roof and cleaning said roof of moss and other material. The crew arrived on time and went to work right away. They completed the job quickly without making a mess and the cleanup was complete.

We got a flyer in the mail about their roof washing system. Photos were impressive. We called to get an estimate, and after speaking with the estimator, we decided to have it done. The weather was uncooperative, so it took a little over a week to get it done. I had them give me an estimate for my Dads house and they scheduled it for the same day. The crew they sent was very professional. The worked quickly and efficiently. I could see the difference before they were finished.i had my roof power washed before , and while it looked good, it didn’t stay that way long term. The process they used was very effective. I would strongly recommend them.
