Elite Bathroom a week agoProvided Elite with a great review almost a year ago on a bath remodel. A small issue popped up a few weeks ago and I called them. They responded the next day with a phone call and scheduled a visit for the fix. Refreshing to have this high level of customer service. It’s great when things go well but a true test of a company is when there is a problem after the job. Truly appreciate the great service, Elite! Fast forward to 2024 – I’ve had two bathrooms done by Elite – 2019 and 2021. Had a small issue with the bathtub stopper and called to see if they had model # so I could order the part. Pat called me back that day and after sharing pictures of the issue, John said he’d send the part to me and if I had an issue installing, he’d send someone out. No charge. This type of service is why I’ll always recommend Elite. So thanks again to John, Pat, Lisa and the great crew at Elite!

Tender Lawn Care of Smithtown 3 years agoBill the owner was upfront with his pricing and process. We are doing a full lawn renovation, started in the fall, so far we are looking good. Bill said when done it will look like a stadium turf quality, I have no reason to doubt it. Very professional, would highly recommend this company.
